Lost a banner and Laurice was able to get it done right on the spot wonderful kid every other store was saying 2/3 days i really needed my banner now without him and Tim i would have lost my job !!!!

Eloria helped me get some packages together. She was helpful, nice and efficient. Everyone working there was wearing a mask and being safe while helping customers. I will gladly use this FedEx again.
