Like other reviews have said, go to another FedEx store. They charge you by weight because this location is in a convention center.

What a terrible location!! The people in here are incredibly rude and completely incompetent. The printer was not working and the only solution they had was to unplug it. Not to mention the 10 dollar "handling fee" for dropping my prepackaged and prepaid box on the counter. I will never come here again!! Save your time and go to the one on Dartmouth

The prices. While service was nice, a tad slow and I was the first in line. But the prices. The box I'd sent from Portland, OR to the Hynes Center via UPS for just under $21. That exact box with the same content from the Hynes Center to Bellevue, WA (think Seattle, just north of Portland) via FedEx ground - $76. Plus a taxable fee of over $20. The taxes were more than what UPS charged. I had 2 boxes to ship 7lbs and 26 lbs - with taxes $190. Unreal. They know they have you so plan on making other arrangements if you can.

They charge $10 for dropping off packages which already includes a pre-paid Fedex shipping label. USELESS SPOT.DON'T GO THERE. AWFUL SERVICE. IMPOLITE SHORT HAIR OLD WOMAN EMPLOYEE.
