**Fake FedEx** Unless you want to pay $6 buck ‘fee’ for dropping off a pre-labeled FedEx package. Ridiculous! I complained to main FedEx and they said ‘Yeahhhh, they have an ‘arrangement’ with the Copley hotel’. BS. They should not be able to call themselves a legit FedEx Ship Center. It should be ‘Copley Hotel FedEx Franchise’ because there’s extortion happening! Go to the REAL FedEx instead - 5 minute walk away on corner of Dartmouth and Stuart St.

Hilariously bad customer service.
Any simple question I asked about their printer the guy had no clue what to say. He was tall and lanky man with very very short dark hair. I asked him why the transaction wouldn’t approve to send a fax and he just said it was my fault for “doing whatever I wanted my way,” which was very rude. After a quick google search I learned I simply needed to pre approve for a single increment higher because I chose the $10 option and my total charge was $11.50. But sure bud, “it’s your fault it didn’t work for messing with the machine,” is the perfect response. He even said you can’t scan paper in the middle part (the scanner) to make copies or send faxes. That the scanner doesn’t work that way. But he also said that he isn’t a technician so he can’t answer any follow up questions I have for him. Like is he high??
Anyway, While I fixed my own issue and awaited my fax to complete, about 3 different customers came asking for a package that their mobile browser said was delivered to the store. Every person was given the same response. The app is not accurate and that is hasn’t been officially dropped off and that they have to wait another 30-45 minutes. The last guy even told him that his web browser said it was delivered over 45 minutes ago to the fedex store receptionist in rebuttal. The employee just stared at him dumbfounded for a minute and repeated the same thing again before the fella left. No effort to look for the package in his office.
After every customer he runs back to his little hideaway spot behind a wall that’s tucked behind the employee desk. God forbid he’s asked to do more than talk to anyone as if their an inconvenience on his shift.
Absolutely embarrassing for FedEx. Especially considering you’re tucked next to a nice hotel and bar/lounge.

Don’t come here to ship things. They charge you by weight because this location is in a hotel. Go to another FedEx.

I worked with Jared and Ray recently on a print job: two research posters for a medical conference. I knew I would not arrive in town until after they closed on Saturday and my presentation was scheduled for Sunday night. They took care of everything, allowed me to pay in advance, and had the Marriott deliver the posters to my room for me. I’ll never haul posters through the airport again! I never got a chance to thank them in person for their assistance, so I hope they see this!!

I had an excellent experience at this FedEx Coplay Marriott location. I had a weird sized shape package that I needed to get sent back to my office in Denver. I went in to the FedEx shop and Jimmy, the FedEx employee, suggested a box that just wouldn't be big enough. I was disappointed, but understood. Before I was able to leave, he said 'wait, let me try something' and he grabbed two of the suggested boxes and slid them together. It was a perfect fit for this weird size! It was great and got the packaged shipped in a protected way. Jimmy was just awesome! I was so thankful for his time and creativity!

I placed a next-day print order in April. My order was a few days late and when I picked it up, part of the order was missing. I was told there was nothing the store could do because another location handles their printing services. I later realized the prints weren't the proper size because they had to be cut down to fit their envelopes.
Initially things were ok. The young lady working that day was great. I emailed the store for a partial refund and was a offered a full refund.
It has been nearly three months without any refund. I've reached out several times and have been told that they were looking into the issue, refund was issued, etc.
Still no refund and the store has stopped responding.
