Super helpful at the store and very nice. But beware there is a charge to drop off your package there based on weight, and one price if you are a hotel guest (less) vs. a walk-in (more.) Honestly, shame on FedEx for doing that. But other than that the clerk was great and very nice.
There is another official center a few blocks up at 187 Dartmouth Street that does not charge the extra fee.

Fake fedex! They say they belong to hotel and as such you need to pay 10$ extra.

Do not drop off packages here!! They charge a handling fee (was $15 on my box) even on already printed prepaid FedEx labels already affixed to sealed boxes. It’s also super convenient if you’re staying at this hotel and the staff was nice and helpful, but otherwise it’s inside and upstairs which is super inconvenient if you live nearby and just have a return. Also (obviously) no short term parking

Do not go here, they will not accept prelabeled fedex packages! They charge a fee to drop off. What kind of shipping company doesn’t even have a Dropbox for free? FedEx is a joke.

Excellent convenient location, fast service, but the jewel of the crown is ROSS, he's the nicest kindest person and knows how to solve a problem when you're stressed and in a rush. Highly recommended! ?????

Be warned! This FedEx location charges a "handling fee" because it's in the hotel. My package, a pair of shoes being returned with a prepaid label, cost $10. So much for free returns! Their website does not mention the handling fee, and it seems quite unfair.

You have to put it in your mind, this is not a regular store . You’ll pay extra because this location is inside a hotel. They want to charge me extra $35 even though I have paid online . However, there is another store 8 min walking, and you won’t have to pay extra because it’s a regular store .
