After an extremely frustrating experience with the generic FedEx customer service employees, I was able to get in contact with the Boston location and thankfully I was able to speak with Omar. I can’t even begin to explain how understanding he was and how much he helped me! 10/10 service, this man deserves a raise!!!

Fed Ex shipment places like this, you definitely need to set aside time to get your work done. It truly depends on who is there to help you. I'm not sure if she is still there, but Michelle was a great help in regards to printing out visa documents for myself, and getting me a USB drive, and showing how to obtain a printer card.
They have PCs, printing supplies, packaging, and you unfortunately need to get a blank card, put money on it, and THEN use the scanner/printer/copiers, so it can take a bit.
Like UPS the boxes and packaging are super expensive, but this is a clean, reliable FedEx near the court house, City Hall, immigration offices, and if you need something done last minute, the staff will help. I wish it was open 24 hours since it's centrally located.
Be aware that there can be only a few people on duty, so if it's crowded, it's not a quick "in and out" trip. I came during an afternoon when I knew I didn't have to rush, so that worked for me.
If you need help with things like immigration documents, passports, visas, make sure to bring EVERYTHING with you so they can help you more efficiently. I had printed out visa directions that listed the exact measurements of photos needed, and it helped Michelle serve me that much faster.

This Fed Ex used to have great people working in there but today I got some new guy who didn’t understand anything I said to him but I only found that out after we were almost done with the transaction. When I found out he was going to do what I had just asked him not to- he said I didn’t understand you. Not sure what his problem was but I was not going to be able to use Fed Ex to ship it. He had the nerve to make a snide comment as I left so I thought would write a review. If you go in there, try not to get the young white guy with the big goofy glasses. I was disappointed because they’ve always had intelligent people working in there. So no.i just went ti the post office that is two blocks away.

Worst customer service. And racist, full of discrimination when treating customers. And yes the women who did the job were completely incompetent and don’t know what basic customer service is. And the manager I guess kept rolling her eyes and was extremely aggressive while talking to customer. If you want to add something “fun” to your life feel free to go. Absolutely horrible human beings and horrible service.

I had the absolute best experience at this FedEx. Not only was the customer service top tier but all of the workers were so kind and helpful. Leah in specific went above and beyond to help me ship packages while I was juggling 8 luggage’s trying to make a flight. I was very stressed but her patience and kindness truly made my day so much easier. I did not expect to have such a great experience but I am so grateful I did. So Leah thank you for your graciousness and professionalism! You are truly a gem of an employee/person. I never write reviews but I definitely needed to write this. Thank you again!

I've given this place a few chances before writing a review. Today was the last straw. I walked in today to ship something, the guy at the desk doesn't acknowledge me until I say hello. He doesn't say a word to me, then turns around and asks another employee what they're doing, until a manager came to attempt to help me.

I came in this morning to drop off an express package. I tried to scan the bar to get the receipt and it didn’t work. Not one employee didn’t assist me for help. What did I do? Drop in the box or what that is. You employees are too lazy and selfish for not helping me. Here’s an idea, hire more workers or don’t waste my time????

I came in recently to get 3 reports bound with the comb binding machine. I had all of my reports printed and collated and brought my own bindings. This work takes under 5 minutes to complete. I was told that I would have to wait over an hour to get the binding done, despite there only being a couple of customers in the store. I then went to the location in Post Office Square and, not surprisingly, got the binding done in under 5 minutes. FedEx charges a hefty fee for this service ($13.94). I think management should be aware that the employees here are passing up on providing services that bring an hourly rate of around $200 an hour, in addition to wasting their customers' time. The service and resources at this store have been solid and convenient in the past, but this experience was bizarre to me.

Amazing place, lovely people. They didn't know exactly what I needed to make my shipping to Colombia, but they were very helpful. They three people working here helped it there way. Very happy... Just hope my baggage gets safe and sound :)
