Worst customer service. And racist, full of discrimination when treating customers. And yes the women who did the job were completely incompetent and don’t know what basic customer service is. And the manager I guess kept rolling her eyes and was extremely aggressive while talking to customer. If you want to add something “fun” to your life feel free to go. Absolutely horrible human beings and horrible service.

I had the absolute best experience at this FedEx. Not only was the customer service top tier but all of the workers were so kind and helpful. Leah in specific went above and beyond to help me ship packages while I was juggling 8 luggage’s trying to make a flight. I was very stressed but her patience and kindness truly made my day so much easier. I did not expect to have such a great experience but I am so grateful I did. So Leah thank you for your graciousness and professionalism! You are truly a gem of an employee/person. I never write reviews but I definitely needed to write this. Thank you again!

I've given this place a few chances before writing a review. Today was the last straw. I walked in today to ship something, the guy at the desk doesn't acknowledge me until I say hello. He doesn't say a word to me, then turns around and asks another employee what they're doing, until a manager came to attempt to help me.

I came in this morning to drop off an express package. I tried to scan the bar to get the receipt and it didn’t work. Not one employee didn’t assist me for help. What did I do? Drop in the box or what that is. You employees are too lazy and selfish for not helping me. Here’s an idea, hire more workers or don’t waste my time????

I came in recently to get 3 reports bound with the comb binding machine. I had all of my reports printed and collated and brought my own bindings. This work takes under 5 minutes to complete. I was told that I would have to wait over an hour to get the binding done, despite there only being a couple of customers in the store. I then went to the location in Post Office Square and, not surprisingly, got the binding done in under 5 minutes. FedEx charges a hefty fee for this service ($13.94). I think management should be aware that the employees here are passing up on providing services that bring an hourly rate of around $200 an hour, in addition to wasting their customers' time. The service and resources at this store have been solid and convenient in the past, but this experience was bizarre to me.

Amazing place, lovely people. They didn't know exactly what I needed to make my shipping to Colombia, but they were very helpful. They three people working here helped it there way. Very happy... Just hope my baggage gets safe and sound :)

Superb customer service and was greeted by everyone with a smile. The folks at the counter were able to help me very quickly and efficiently, despite my complex order, and got me in and out in a jiffy. They were very helpful with helping you pick the proper paper types for the projects at hand. A+ will return again!

Shipped items got a receipt luckily. The staff packaged the items and paid for shipping with insurance. Once it got to the destination. I get a notice saying my package was empty when delivered. I would like some accountability for this on the teams part. I’m skeptical to go to this place again. if I had four separate packages pilfered on site or through out the delivery process. I really don’t feel comfortable going to this location or using this carrier. Things usually happen like this due to staff onsite. Some accountability please revise cameras.

Hard working team that gets the job done. Come here to ship and drop off FedEx packages. They have everything you need from a FedEx location. Parking can be tough in the area.

This review is specifically for one of the employees, Michelle. Michelle helped me with specific passport and visa needs, including measurements and recommendations for document sizing. A project that would have taken over an hour took about 15 minutes. This location is the one FedEx (formerly Kinko's) that is open 7 days a week. They have computer terminals, printers, scanners, faxes, a FedEx area for packing and shipping, and yes, we all know how frustrating these places are, but Michelle made it a thousand times easier. I was able to get an E-Visa for India in less than 48 hours.Pro: Open 7 days a week. Call and check regarding hours. Con: While the machines all take credit/debit cards, there's a $10 hold for each swipe. They have the FedEx machine where you can feed it paper money, get a card printed out with your balance, and do it that way for your purchases. It's a million times easier, especially for one or two items you're printing or scanning.

FedEx makes shipping internationally prohibitively time consuming and expensive; and employees in this branch are aloof and unaware. We use DHL for Europe and now Asia too.

Charles and his team were amazing! We called last minute to have a poster made and delivered to our office and everything from the customer service to the delivery of the poster went above and beyond expectations. We are very happy and will definitely be calling back with more orders soon (hopefully with more lead time, but we are so thankful for the excellent hustle!) And the poster looks great!

Jorge saved the day! He went above and beyond to help me print flyers and a banner in record speed. I had issues with the delivery of my package that was supposed to arrive one day before a major conference (ironically with FedEx delivery). I came to this location in desperation and Jorge took care of my printing needs. This employee deserves a raise and a promotion!

Went there to print a document. The printer didn't worked, and they charged the computer time + 3 prints anyway. Worst service I have received.
