Never working with FedEx again. I asked for a package to be hold for pick up here. The last status update for this package was that it was out for delivery on June 27. I contacted FedEx 3 times to know where the package was and when could I pick it up. Every time they told me “they would let me know when they had an update”. That happened today July 9 (12 full days since the package was “lost”), as they called me to let me know that the package was always in that location and that I could pick it up. I told the person on the line that I was busy and asked if they could call me later. A few minutes later at ~5:30PM I received an email letting me know that they would hold the package till July 9 (that same day) and that they would send it back to the sender if not picked up. That means, they took 12 full days to figure out a package was there all the time, and informed me via email that I had 2 1/2 hours to pick it up. Honestly, I am in disbelief. They didn’t even apologize and the person on the phone did not tell me that I had to pick it up that same day, and the pick up spot is quite far from where I live. Last time using FedEx, I am in disbelief that they offer this quality of “service” and I can only imagine that if I didn’t check my email by chance, my package would be back to where it came from. I just finally want to reiterate that they took 12 days to figure out that a package was in their location after 3 times I reached out (I even opened a claim), and they gave me only 2 1/2 hours to pick it up, informing me of that by mail.

Larger woman at the checkout counter on July 7th was EXTREMELY rude. Was making sarcastic comments, rolling her eyes, slamming the keyboard and mouse. Badge was turned around so couldn’t see her name. Never coming back to this ship center

Wildly understaffed. Very expensive. Staffed cannot answer most basic questions. Avoid! Use USPS or UPS.

Really rude customer service. They lady with the glasses and a hat was at the front desk. She was really mean and rude the whole time. I wanted to pick up a package and just because she didnt wanted to go in the find my package she said its not available for a pick up today. She didnt wanted to go in and look up for my package so she was like its not available for pick up today. I asked for a manager she said the manager’s bot here today and i saw the board that said christina js today’s manager. She didnt even let me finish what i was saying and she was like you can go next person come ahead.
Is this really the customer service you wanna give the clients. Never ordering anything from fedex again. Worst company ever

Only one person is at the front desk and it doesn't matter who it is THEY ARE ALL RUDE! Every time I go there, there are 3-4 people in line and it takes 40min.

Baffled, I showed them three different IDs with my names and matching pictures on but they refused to release package because of the old address on my drivers license doesn’t match the delivery address. They tried to deliver but I heard zero door knocks for three consecutive days

Told me I could not pay with cash. I said is that legal? Basically they said yes.
Please refresh your staff on state law. Here it is:
Section 10A: Discrimination against cash buyers
Section 10A. No retail establishment offering goods and services for sale shall discriminate against a cash buyer by requiring the use of credit by a buyer in order to purchase such goods and services. All such retail establishments must accept legal tender when offered as payment by the buyer.

Went to FedEx next to my apartment in Cambridge to return an electric scooter, was told that this location was the only location that ships batteries. I then called FedEx customer service to confirm before driving there because it was 45 minutes of traffic. They confirmed that this location is the only location near Boston where I can do this. I drove here and proceeded to deal with a very unprofessional manager that refused to ship my scooter because “no one will ship an electric scooter” and she also told me I needed to have class 9 hazmat label, which I confirmed online and on the phone that is only for international shipping. She still refused to take the package. I then drove an hour in the other direction and shipped it out of Needham where the people were baffled by the stupidity of this “manager”.
