A difficult location to get to, but extremely appreciate the help I received from Anastasia today! She was super friendly, kind and efficient! She called me when my package was delivered and gave me instructions on how to get to the facility so that I could assist my Uber. Once I was there she helped me with my package and return and made it a quick and easy trip. Huge shoutout to her she rocks!

If you're in the mood to feel completely belittled by other human beings and treated like garbage go to this FedEx location! Just had the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had. Why is it so hard to treat other human beings with respect? Absolutely disappointed with my experience here.

Customer experience is poor. Today I walked in to send my work laptop and badges to my ex company. This was after stopping by another Fedex location that could not help me with my items and thus sent me here. The person at the desk started to direct her frustration at me despite me explaining that I was following the instructions provided by my company. At some point she caught herself and started saying "your company should have told you. you need to get them to send you a label that says there's a lithium battery in the package." I am leaving for two weeks and won't have time to jump through those hoops; that "solution" doesn't make sense. Why would my only option be to have a Silicon Valley based company send me a label to send my items from East Boston back out to CA when they have a corporate account? I ended up calling into Fedex HQ which was also a frustrating experience and connected with an agent who was thoroughly confused by my encounter. She did end up giving me options that made sense and at least took time to understand my issue, unlike the agent I dealt with in person today.
I don't think it's hard to treat humans with respect. If you can't do that, you may not be fit for customer service. If this rep at this location could have given me reasonable solutions, I could have moved forward happily, but her unprofessionalism and attitude were completely uncalled for. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name, but she was at the desk on June 8th around 2pm.
It's also disappointing that this location doesn't print the labels I need. I think that should be included in the store descriptions. The agent I encountered couldn't share that detail with me. I had to call FedEx HQ and have them talk to her to finally get an explanation as to why I couldn't be serviced. I will not be stopping here again.

Saturday schedule should be updated to closed, went three times, found a sign on the door that was going to be opened back a certain hour and every time I went back a new sign with a different hour was on the door. All of this for trying to drop off an envelope that was requested to be picked up at my place and they never showed up. Joke of company

I suggest anyone who can't come here, there's always a note on the door and someone barks and asks you to wait 10 minutes, you stay 30. Opening hours are 7:30 to 7:00 and they're closed! Anyway… Chaos!

On this site they do not have printer service, they do not take into account that there are people who will arrive without paper to physically scan.
