I want to give back based on experience. The person doesnt have the complete knowledge. Good thing, I didn't bend to her ideas. I asked her 2x -3x to check with her supervisor because I know she was advising me wrong ideas. If I had followed her suggestion ( 155 Congress Street), I'll be paying expensive taxes.Fast forward, I went to Cambridge branch and it was smooth. The guy was even helpful to provide me alternative options.

This is worst untrustworthy place to get financial advice. I was a novice investor and I was misled to take investment that was not favorable to my financial needs and I couldn’t get out at all due to hardship. They did not help afterwards as well. They ignore you and No updates and communications back from advisor: Harrison Voloshin, CEO: Abby Johnson and Western & southern financial group CEO and team. They know act fake like they care and but they just want your service and ruin your life.

I deposited money through the online portal. They closed my account and stole my money and refuse to give it back.

I give them 1 star because they execute trades fine. But anytime there is person involved in doing something there is about an 80% chance they get it wrong - truly pathetic & untrustworthy. Depositing checks to wrong accounts, asking for DOD valuations - sent an empty file, mailed DOD of 1 account 3 times. The careless and replete with errors, missing and wrong information. I will be switching to a new advisor in part just to get away from Fidelity.

I've been investing for decades and do it for myself and for friends who give me full trading authority on the Fidelity Accounts,,What ever you do, DO NOT BUY ANY TYPE OF ANNUITY FROM FIDELITY. The annuity department is filled with arrogant and incompetent people. Lying is common. Making up facts as they go along, which are usually wrong. HIDDEN fees in the Annuities. The rest of Fidelity is no prize either. Rolling over IRA's to Fidelity from other investment firms has been a disaster. They rush. They make mistake. YOU suffer.Been an investor for 50 years. Do NOT go near Fidelity.Too much to get into here, but trust me. I know more than most of the people who work at Fidelity. They are incompetent. They are dishonest. They are sloppy. They do NOT have your best interest at heart. They're only after your money.

What a nightmare must be to work for Fidelity! I have an account with Fidelity Roth IRA that I have no use for. It have been so many years that I opened it, but not used the service. The Customer Representatives are so rude, when I ask for help, today, to access my account. I gave them any possible information they asked except for the date I had opened this account. All i have in my account is only $54 dollars. Yes, right Fifty-four dollars :). But they refused to help me on the premises that they could not the date i opened it, 11-12 years ago. Very cold people, with no common sense, and no help whatsoever!I am so glad I stopped investing my money with Fidelity!

I put in a request for an exchange of investments which was supposed to happen on 4/11/22. It did not happen. They charge for servicing your account, but do "NOT" do anything.

What a nightmare dealing with this place. If you are older and retired, I would move your money immediately. Here's what happened to me and my father. My father appointed me POA and we sent the required paperwork into Fidelity. My brother was miffed he wasn't appointed POA, so to get revenge on my father, he called Fidelity and told them he was incompetent and that the new POA was invalid. Now you would think a normal place of business would ask him to provide some documentation -- a doctor's assessment, something. Not Fidelity. They promptly froze his accounts and denied me and him to his money. I even sent them a recent cognitive assessment my dad had as part of his physical. It took two months to get them to approve it.Recently, my father received a letter from Fidelity saying he and I were again restricted from withdrawing any money from his accounts. Apparently, my brother had called them and told them he was filing a petition for a third party conservator appointed for my dad. I asked them if he submitted any documentation, and they said no. But they ended "We're really not taking sides..."The petition my brother filed was full of lies and false statements that I immediately disproved to the court because I had all the emails my brother had sent me saying otherwise. We expect it to be dismissed. My father's big mistake was not immediately moving his money out of there after the first snafu. We won't make that mistake again. For anyone who has investments and thinks you have a proper estate plan and Durable POA, Fidelity has demonstrated through their actions, they will not honor it.

can't login due to their website glitches, and no one had a solution, I don't see any reason to trust them handle your money for retirement.Updates: the senior level of customer service helped me solved the issue by resetting the password, they are aware of that issue hopefully they could fix that for everyone soon.

Poor quality of service. Extremely long hold times. Would not recommend. With all these offices they can't answer the phone in a reasonable amount of time.
