Do not come here, This is literally the worst nail salon I have ever been to! They made me wait a ridiculous amount of time just to get a simple manicure and pedicure, they ruined my nail and they hurt my cuticles and to top it all off the lady who was doing my nails didn’t do what I asked her to do she just did whatever she wanted. 100$ down the drain.Services: Pedicure

Sometimes I visit him to take care of my nails. A place with good prices for the consumer's pocket.

I've been going to Fiesta nails for about 6 years. I usually get my nails done every month or every two months depending on how long they last. I've had very good manis here and just recently started to have an issue with them. I got my nails done in the beginning of February for my vacation and I got them done from a new girl. She did a terrible job (I wish I still had a picture of them). She added too much clear polish to my gel mani where you could see a bubble of the clear polish on my nails. I was very upset and I told the lady about it and as I was pointing it out she quickly moved the lamp away so I couldn't see it in the light! That's when I got upset and she switched me to another lady who fixed my nails but still didn't do a good job on them. I decided to go back and give it one more try and I asked if the guy was in that day. (Sorry that I don't know your name!) He takes a very good time doing your nails and is the only one that talks to you! The lady on the phone said he wasn't in today so I told them I would call tomorrow. I called the next day and I'm sure I heard Sue on the phone which is the owner of the establishment. She also does a really good job with nails. As soon as I walk in I was expecting to get her to do my nails, but it was the same lady who ruined my nails last time I went. I think she remembered me from last time. These are how my nails came out. You can still see my red polish from my previous mani. There are air bubbles and you can see my nails not fully painted from the sides. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this place anymore. Even though the price is excellent, I cannot keep letting this happening to my nails. I'm extremely disappointed I have to find a new place in Boston to do my nails.

This nail salon is false advertising. Apparently they don't do a wide range of services. Lady at the front desk said they don't offer acrylics nor dip powder. Yet, based on the reviews they do acrylics

I would not recommend going to this place. They told me me certain pedicure services could not be performed per Massachusetts laws. My pedicure looks worse than when I walked in.

My gel manicure turned out beautiful!! They did such a great job, paid attention to detail, and the staff was very friendly! Thank you for the great manicure and see you soon! :)

If I could give this location negative stars, I would. I've been getting acrylics/ fills for years. I went to this location to get a fill and four days later the fill started to lift. So I went back to the location, and pulled a manager to the side (away from customers) to ask for my money back because the fill started to lift. I talked to three different people, and was finally told that I could get my money back if they cut off my whole ENTIRE set of acrylics. I did not go to this location to get a full set, I went there for a fill. The fact that they had the audacity to tell me I can get my money back (for a poor job on their part) in exchange for cutting off a whole set of acrylics is extremely unprofessional and petty in my opinion. Do not go to this location. I've gone twice now for pedicures and I felt like I didn't even get one, and now with this very unprofessional exchange, I will personally make sure no one ever goes here that I know. Also I'm a flight attendant and there are a lot of flight attendants that live in the East Boston area so I'll be sure to share this story with everyone who goes to get their nails done frequently. I'll now be making extra time to take the trek out to Beauty Nails in Orient Heights, which is a great establishment, to get my nails done from here on out. I thought Fiesta Nails would have been a great alternative being that it is close to my apartment, but again I will never go back to this place.

I just wasted my $22 for nothing! I went for pedicure. The lady was not in the mood, like she was hating everything. It only took her 10 minutes to do the job. She just trimmed my nails, didnt event filed my all nails properly. I tried a lot of different salons but for sure this wasn't a good place to try my luck.

Came in the other day scheduled for a gel manicure. I had the guy (missed his name!) and was a little nervous to ask him to paint my nails 5 different colors-- yes 5 gel colors. He was so positive and did not complain and seem put off for a second. He was so patient and did an incredible job and I couldn't be happier. This is how all nail salons should be!
