In just one month managing the complex the difference is incredible. The staff is outstanding and the atmosphere is very positive. The board made the best decision. The environment in this area is excellent. The neighborhood is very friendly and nice. The management staff is helpful and professional. The building has limited hours for delivery but the employee went above and beyond to make sure the package was secure and followed up. The development is well run and responsive to owners needs. It is beautifully kept and highly recommended.

A very hard working and responsive onsite maintenance staff, the building is nicely maintained. Some improvements are needed to the online portal and the communicated information.Update: had to remove 2 stars, not happy with the property management responsiveness and the lack of actions (not the onsite team).
