I had a great experience at the store on Newbury Street. The team, and especially Shy, were extremely helpful in finding the perfect pants for my upcoming trip to CO.

Went to return an online order. Employees didn't seem to know how to perform that order. Eventually they supposedly figure out and I left. Will definitely be following up to make sure the two hats returned were actually processed.Overall should probably train employees more on this process.

Just waited an hour for this location to open, had over a thousand dollars worth of clothing I was planning to purchase, I asked the woman currently working if “before I begin shopping may I use the restroom” no rest rooms for returning customers is unbelievable i will never be returning to this location I’ll just shop online.

Don’t get me wrong. Brand and quality of goods is great but experience with customer service and communication at this particular store was today unfortunately ridiculous.Arrived at store at around 2:15 and store was closed with a note, that due to staff shortage they are closed over lunch but are back shortly. (I have absolutely understanding for this)We walked back to the shop at 2:40. (In my opinion by far after lunch) and it was still closed. Inside been obviously people besides the staff.So I called and asked if and when they are open as it is already in the afternoon.I was told that they still need to go on lunch brake and can not tell me when they are open ?.If you are not open for quite a while please communicate and put your on sale sign inside etc. and or put a hand written note with an update on the door and not just will be back shortly. Minutes , hours, days ?Unfortunately poor communication from a shop of a great brand. Will take business somewhere else.
