I really like Fjallraven’s line for outdoor and winter activities. Warm, stylish. Great for hiking in the White Mountains. One of three locations in Boston- the others are on Newbury Street and in Harvard Square

Store was listed as open on Google & on arrival the door had no hours listed. There was a sign on the door that said reopening at 2:30PM. After waiting 20 minutes and calling the store, no employee arrived or answer my call...very unprofessional & passive aggressive

To end 2019, I finally saved up enough to buy my first Fjallraven jacket! Loved it ever since and it keeps me unbelievably warm, where ever the jacket covers, I can't feel the cold. Their products tend to be on the pricier end, but for the jackets, I'd say it's worth the investment. It does have to be waxed annually though, which you can do yourself or staff can do it for you. They will have to quarantine it first, though. With the faith of their brand, I decided to try out one of their gloves. On the day of the purchase, Feb 13th, my hands actually felt colder, so I'm not really sure how I feel about spending so much on the gloves. I might have to buy the wax for it, to see if it makes a difference.

Needed a jacket held until I could come try it on (n/a @ Harvard Sq. store). I ended up taking it but wanted something customized as well. Kerry and Lexi were both awesome, very helpful. Many thanks!

It is an impressive store with a clean look and a nice layout. The employees were eager to help and clearly very proud of their products. They had bags, pants, jackets, camping gear, knives, tools, and more. There is a tailor on site who repairs and alters the clothing. It's refreshing to see clothing fixed instead of thrown away. Their stuff is expensive, but very high quality. The store tows the line between modern and rustic in a very appealing way. You feel like each item will last a lifetime when you feel them.

great customer service and great products! I bought my first Fjallraven bag and love it. What was unexpected was that the store does not accept American Express or Discover cards, the two cards I had, luckily i had my Visa debit card.
