I had such a great experience at Flair Boston! The variety of dresses they have allowed me to try on a lot of different vibes I was interested in. I worked with Lauren who was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly helpful, very supportive, and made my bridal experience superb.

Amazing experience with Katie trying on dresses with my mom for my first time trying dresses. I got engaged in Jan 2024 and shopped a month later in Feb 2024 am getting married in November 2024 and found out very quickly upon arrival that I needed a dress ASAP given the ~ 9 month lead time but didn't find the experience to be pushy or sales-y. Within an hour I fully had my dress and felt so confident and happy with my choice - I really appreciated how Katie respected my budget (no dresses in the room above my range!). I ended up with a dress from Kelly Faetanini I absolutely ADORE - a designer I had never heard of before and was convinced I would end up with Jenny Yoo when I came in. The dress even came in custom measurements (bust made in a different size than waist/hips) to minimize alternations.I love that my dress is more niche and I won't have a dress I've seen all over Pinterest and Instagram. All of my friends have spent 10-15k + on dresses from "trendy expensive" brands like Galia Lahav, Ines Di Santo, Berta and Danielle Frankel and told me alterations cost 5k+ and I am thrilled to have found Flair and spent 1/10th of what I thought I would and hopefully will need minimal alterations - THANK YOU xx

Flair was uncommunicative when my wedding dress was delayed due to production issues, and I had many stressful months trying to deal with them. It is now many months after my wedding, and although my dress was beautiful and everything worked out okay in the end, I simply did not have a great experience with Flair.My dress took 13 months to arrive (6 months after the original estimated arrival date that Flair gave me). In those 6 months, no one at Flair bothered to email, call, or text me to even say that the dress was delayed. My understanding is the original associate I worked with at Flair left after selling me the dress, and no one at Flair picked up the pieces afterwards.About 1-2 months after the original date I was given (which was already 7 months after I placed the order), I called, was informed about the delay, and was given another estimated date in 2 more months. I was also told that someone would definitely keep me updated on the situation and follow up with me if anything changed.I did not hear anything after the second date passed, and had to call again, was given a new date now another 2 months later, and was again told that someone would keep in touch with me.After those months passed, I still had heard nothing and had to call yet again. I was then told that they would be getting a tracking number soon (I guess no one bothered to get in touch with me about that?), and I finally managed to set a date at that point to pick up my dress after that.I had to call Flair at every junction, after every missed deadline. It was extremely frustrating for such an expensive purchase, and for an already stressful time. I understand the delay was not Flair's fault, but even a singular phone call or email that I did not have to initiate would have been a nice gesture.

I had a great experience here even though I didn't end up finding my dress. It was my first time dress shopping and they made me feel comfortable and way less stressed than I thought I was going to be. My stylist was Lauren and she was fantastic. She listened to what I want and was super supportive. We basically had the place to ourselves and really enjoyed the more intimate experience. If I had any critique it would be to carry a wider variety of sample sizes to be more size inclusive.

I went into Flair because they were having a trunk show for a specific designer and dress I was interested in and it was only in town for the weekend as a preview. I also wanted to try on some dresses on my own before bringing in a group and being overwhelmed with others opinions. In the end I unexpectedly said Yes. But I in no way at all felt pressured to. I knew I could have gone home to think or even never gone back. But I knew when I put my dress on there was no other. Kaitie was my consultant and I cannot recommend her more! Especially for anyone shopping on their own. My family and most of my friends live on the other side of the country and couldn't be there. It's a big moment to go through on your own or even just virtually but Kaitie stepped up! Even with calling family last minute over FaceTime, when she could see I was overwhelmed she stepped in to help me refocus. She helped me take pictures and videos. And I never felt rushed. It was a better experience than I could have ever imagined with Kaitie and I was so lucky to be paired with her and cannot recommend her at Flair more.

I purchased my wedding dress at Flair this past weekend and it was the best experience. Kaitie was amazing - she was patient, helpful, and continually reassured me despite how stressed I was getting! She also didn’t pressure me at all to make a decision then and there (I’m very indecisive lol).The boutique is so cute and I loved that I didn’t have to go look through dresses like at other stores - she pulled them all for me and knew exactly what to pull based on what I liked and didn’t like. This took off a lot of pressure! I ended up calling to place the order for the dress ,and it was super quick and easy, and they were able to add in customizations I wanted for the dress.Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend everyone to go here for their wedding dress!

She was so helpful throughout the wedding dress process and found some gorgeous gowns for me to try on.With so many details to keep up with for your wedding, planning can be overwhelming, but Kaitie made it super easy and fun in finding the right dress!I highly recommend Flair. I had a terrible experience here as a bridesmaid. They had limited options for me to try on because I am of a “bigger” size. I was talked out of a dress that I loved because I was told it would look “matronly” on me. I was also unable to try it on because it was a sample size that was far too small for my body. I was talked into purchasing a dress that I didn’t love because it was the only one they could get me into. The saleswoman was incredibly pushy, negative, and asked our excited group of girls to quiet down. I have told all of my friends not to go here. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Kaitie at Flair was so great! She was very knowledgable about the whole process and was very patient with me and my family. She was also very responsive after we purchased the dress and answered any calls and emails I had about shipping date, tailoring, etc. Would definitely recommend Flair for any brides!

I had the best time shopping for my wedding dress at Flair! I just bought my dress here. This was my 4th bridal shop and by far the best experience. Lauren Goodwin was my stylist and she was so helpful, kind, and positive. I came back for a 2nd visit with Lauren, this time bringing my mom to see my favorite dress. Lauren was patient with us while we took photos and FaceTimed my other family members to show them. She was so happy to celebrate this big moment with us! They have a wide selection but not overwhelming, at many different price points and sizes, and most importantly they have FANTASTIC lighting in the salon so you can get a true sense of how the dresses look (this was something I struggled with at VOWS and BHLDN).

I bought my dress from Kaitie and she was amazing! She was capable, efficient, and friendly and fun. She listened carefully to what I was looking for in a dress and made suggestions based on my preferences and her expertise. She has a creative eye and suggested combining the top of one dress with skirt of another to create "the one"! I went to 5 other dress shops around Boston and both the shopping experience and the dress selection were best here.

I purchased my dress at Flair for my wedding this past November. I had a great experience trying on dresses there! The showroom is so cute and it is very peaceful compared to some other dress shops I visited. Flair had amazing dresses to try in different price ranges and Zoe helped me find my perfect dress. Would highly recommend visiting Flair for wedding dress shopping!
