Purchased a vehicle from them a year ago and this is what I’m dealing with 1 year later ….. there’s NO way they did not know or notice this … wouldn’t recommend purchasing from them if you’re looking for safety and security with your purchase.

Bought a car here 8 years ago. It was a Honda Fit with very low mileage. The car never gave me any problems. One of the best cars I ever had.

very bad customer service, they sold em a car and they said there was nothing wrong with the car. me being on the safe side. i kept bringing my car to the shop and there are so much things that need to be done ! they were using the car before u purchased the car as a personal to go back and forth that was a red flag. they are bad for business DONT PURCHASE FROM THEM !

Absolutely suck! They are scammers. The lady Heidy (also the owner) tried to scam me into a jeep. First said I had to put 1,000 down at the very least then accepted 500 knowing that no money is actually required to be put down… me needing a car I still put it down then when I realized how unorganized they were and went 2 weeks my money gone and still no car - I backed out the contract. She got very unprofessional when I said I didn’t want the car anymore especially going so long without it in my possession. She refused to give my money back and said it’s my loss and I’m not getting anything back. I went around her and cancelled through the bank & threatened her with a lawyer THEN she came to her senses and said I’m not worth her time and to go get her title from registry and get my money. She sent me back and fourth to to the registry acting like a freeport auto runner, paperwork numbers were off and the list goes on!!! DO NOT BUY CARS HERE!!! WASTE OF TIME! & WHATS EVEN MORE SADDER IS THE UNPROFESSIONAL HEIDY WILL REPLY THE B.S SHE DID BELOW KNOWING SHE WAS WRONG. NONE OF THESE BAD REPORTS ARE LIES. SPEND UR MONEY SOMEWHERE LEGIT! FREEPORT MOTORS IS A JOKE & NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN OUT OF BUSINESS

I had a scheduled appointment !!!!!! And I show up an hour early and no one is here business is closed and it doesn’t end close until 6pm !!!!!I have been calling since 4:45 p with no luck !!!! What kind of business does that !?!Not reliable!!!

Worst experience this people are 100% scammers, avoid doing business with them. They will sell you a piece of junk with broken parts. I bought a car from them and the headlights had broken tabs even holes on the back. The bottom was all beat up like it had been involved on an accident before. Even the airbag had signs of just being glued back and painted or something, the airbag light was not showing but at the dealership they put in a computer and saw that they had burned that light on the dash but it still came up on the computer. So just avoid this people horrible customer service and poor quality cars.

They are scammers, sold me a Jeep with tons of problems. Take your money to some other legit dealerships!
