Not good, I paid in full for a set of dining room. I was told it would be delivered in 3 weeks. I got rid of my old dining room a week before the 3rd week. I paid for the dining room on 9/11/21, and on 9/2821, I called and I was told the manufacturer no longer made that set. No one called me. I went to the store; I was given all kind of excuses. Now I have no dining room to eat on and I am told that I will just be giving my money back. After three weeks now I am back to looking for another dining room, and the manger of that place does not seem to care. Not even an I am sorry fir your inconvenience. I would not send my friends there.

The store on Blue Hill ave, made sure that I was taken care off. I was very upset, with customer service. Therefore! I went back to the store which I spend over five grand. I was very upset, when I walked in the store. However! The manager Kervens, made sure I was taken care of. He also call me the next morning, with a date and a time for my delivery. Customer service, needs to get there act together.

This is going to be a long one so buckle up.I order a living room since November 22nd I was 9 months pregnant. Today is February 18th and my baby is 2 months and half, I still haven’t received my order. Most of the time when I call the store no answer. When someone finally pick up it’s either they hang up on me or say a manager will call me but no one follow up. When I go to the store they can’t explain what’s going on. I understand with covid things might delay but not for 3 months. Still now I can’t reach a manager, they can’t tell me what’s going on. At this point I just want my money back because I don’t feel like a valuable customer.

I have no regret at all choosing this place to furnish my House, great staff very professional. Thanks to Kervens that helped me and the delivery guys as well they were very patient.

Dis people are liars they say that there was going to deliver our furniture 4 to 6 weeks I still been waiting three months and two weeks every time I call they always give me a excuse next week next week and next week they are very unprofessional but I can say that when I was there they did gave me a good customer service but their delivery no good really bad

this place is horrible and run by a bunch of thieves. they give no refunds what so ever. their prices are high and the quality is bad. go any where else and you cna get a better deal and honest salesmen

Kervens was AMAZING. 3 months ago I had purchased a bedroom set and dining table. He got me an amazing price and took his time working with me (I took a long time). He truly went over and beyond to make sure I was 100% happy with my decision. 100% percent recommend coming to frugal furniture and ask for kervens
