Chris, Moira, and the rest of the Full Circle Realty team are the absolute best! From coordinating walkthroughs to expert offer advising based on experience and local knowledge to setting us with an exceptional closing attorney, they made the process easy and comfortable for a couple of first-time homebuyers and helped us land our dream home in our dream town - just in time for our new baby to be born. They were also incredibly responsive at all hours of the day, which helped with some tight deadlines from the seller. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

I'm writing this review with so much joy in my heart. I closed on my first property today :) The plethora of 5-star reviews speaks for itself, and here is my endorsement. I worked with Chris Mehr from FCR to find my dream home in 2025. It's a tough market for buyers right now. I went into the process clueless, with a lot of questions in mind, like most first-time buyers do. Chris made it his mission to address all questions and concerns I had. With a background in Civil engineering coupled with many years of being a successful realtor, he is an expert at analyzing a property during the tours and will give you his honest opinion. He always puts his clients' needs first. He is quite logical and analytical in his approach, and he helped me land my dream home. He is professional, warm, and easy to work with. Also wanted to give a shoutout to Moira for coordinating open houses and tours, and providing quick updates and responses via email. It was great working with Full Circle Realty and Chris during our search and we would highly recommend working with them. Highly recommend Full Circle Reality! Chris went above and beyond at every stage of the process to make sure we felt informed and supported as first-time homebuyers. He guided us every step of the way - devising an offer strategy, doing his own walkthrough of the house to provide insight and feedback (he has a background in civil engineering!), connecting us with a lender, lawyer and others to help us make our purchase.
