This is literally the best pharmacy I have ever been to. The wonderful proprietors really care about their customers, how much they pay for prescriptions, how quickly they get their prescriptions and how easy they are to communicate with. There are so few Mom and pop shops left in Boston, it really is a hidden gem. When I first signed up, they asked me what I was allergic to, and I realized that no pharmacist had ever asked me that before. A very concerning thought, when you think about the fact that these people are managing our health to a certain extent. I like this pharmacy so much that I will go out of my way to process my prescriptions there. 10/10 recommend. Keep these people in business!

I like how these many times have had the knowledge to have supplies and help these customers even look for toilet papers and accept the business without discrimination and assuming that these people aren’t sick or junkies who suck and stale because nobody always steals most times around hair like the pologs that leave down the straight they don’t accept food stamps and even 7-11 does this also for hot sauce and hot coco but not for hat food this is confused me I don’t have food stamps but O”bamma medical cards and teetf aren’t even this messed app do you guys have a nail saloon at the other Quincy bay Massachusetts “Localey@ or is this “location

Highly recommend this pharmacy, their customer service is leaps and bounds better than walmart cvs or any other corporate companies can give you. They are efficient and deliver quickly too.

The Family who owns Galaxy & their employees make you feel like SO MUCH MORE than just a customer. They make you feel like you're family! They are all so kind, considerate, friendly & professional. Going there feels like going to the stores my parents would take me to as a kid. They actually care about you as a person and about your medical needs. After dealing with the larger Pharmacy chains for over 25 years now I didn't even think store like Galaxy even existed in the larger cities anymore. Galaxy will most definitely be the ONLY pharmacy I ever go to again as long as I continue to live in Southie or the surrounding areas.In the past I almost always dreaded knowing I had to go pick up a prescription at one of the larger pharmacies. Going to pick up my medication & other items at Galaxy is ACTUALLY A PLEASURE. I enjoy talking to the family for the few minutes that I'm there and they make going there a nice AND easy experience everytime!!! Anyone who switches their business over from any other pharmacy to Galaxy Pharmacy WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! I Promise You!!!I've been going to them for 6+ years now. If you live in this area do them and yourself a favor and give them your business. Hey, if you feel like they're ever treating you TOO NICELY or TOO PROFESSIONALLY you can always switch back to one of the larger chains! ?

My wife and I left home to catch a cruise ship in Boston and left some medication behind. I tried to work with the two big major chains, and in both cases, after being on hold for nearly an hour, I was told that it would take them 24 -72 hours to get that done. Called Galaxy, and Cindy and Don took AMAZINGLY great care of us. Arranged everything over the phone, called me back as our plane was landing in Boston, and had everything ready as I walked in the door. In and out in under 5 minutes with the Lyft driver waiting to take us to the hotel. If I lived in the area this would be my pharmacy. If you live in the area it should be yours. Great people, and great service!
