My son purchased a used Nintendo Switch game at another Gamestop location, but when he opened the game there was no chip inside. Unfortunately, the original location could not find the game chip and could only offer a refund, but my son had his heart set on this particular game and had saved up his money to buy it used. Thanks to Austin and his great staff for stepping up and helping out and their willingness to honor the purchase of the missing game, as they had the only used copy around. Great team, great service!

I do not like there service at all I was to order a PlayStation 5 I get an email stating my package will be shipped as soon as possible hours later my order is canceled they have no good working study and they have bad ways of communicating. I js don’t like the idea that you had me wait got an email saying we are getting it prepared and processing but then tell me it is canceled. That’s why I say they have low standards?.

Legit the staff don’t know what they are doing there they don’t care if they screw you over or cost u 100s of dollars because they don’t know what your doing then they say call customer service who directs u to go back to the store to fix their screw ups which is hard to go back and forth when ur already really sick and get sick after everytime u go out

They are extremely (RUDE)...THEY are also LGBTQ fearful I as a gay man was put off by the employee who was rude to me and laughed at me with another employee due to me being gay!

Alex and Austin are the best. Every time I come in which is often. They know just what I am looking for and they recommend great games and the latest in deals. I appreciate they’re great customer service! These guys need a raise.

While the look and game selections could be better at this location, the employee with whom I interacted was top notch. He helped locate games for me that I didn't think were in stock. Importantly, he didn't pressure me to renew that membership that I never use. I'll go back to this location because of him (I forget his name).

Not Veteran friendly, so sad. Just imagine i was told rudely at that, to go to the Dedham store to get my discount because he didn't know the Vet code and refused to call another store to get it. Not to mention the merchandise was there and well in stock. Until after some time because I refused to drive 30 minutes for an item that was available. Alexander then decided to call his manager for the second time, who clearly told him to call another store. What an experience. Guess that's the thanks igetfor my service.

Came here to do a Happy Returns return during business hours. The store was closed with a hand written sign that said "on break". So I waited a few minutes. A young man came back, went in, closed the door an never reopened it. There were two customers outside, we knocked and he never came to the door. Huge waste of time!
