Always a wait at the counter for service. Seems like they use a outdated or old system for a lot of things. Inventory is always questionable. Things don't seem to be very organized but the prices are cheap for a lot of the product. When you do get a person after waiting ( I've always had to wait ) they are very helpful. Many times I've called and asked to speak to the Dorchester location because Chelsea picks up and I usually get disconnected cause it's rare I can get a person on the phone, so I stopped trying and go in person. Even if I am the only one in the store, always seems to be a wait because of the haphazardous environment going on in here. If it wasn't for the prices, probably would just go to another auto parts store.

85 dollars for a can of spray paint is crazy I went to colors in water town an got it for 50 bucks u guys charge way too much

They offer Valspar Automotive & DeBeer Refinish products. (primer, sealer, prepsol, solvent cleaner, clear coat, etc). Valspar Refinish single stage / basecoat as well as DeBeer Refinish premium basecoat can be mixed to match your paint code. There’s a paint camera and assortment of color cooks to look thru.

My experience was great. I had a cashier who helped direct me to what I was looking for. Her name is Monica every time I am at her register she always has a great attitude. Monica is a credit to Home Depot.

Great place to get parts and not line the pockets of corporate America. Same or better parts with people that know what you need not kids stating at their phones behind the counter.

Mike was extremely rude when I inquired about returning a part. Then when I asked him for his extension he said he "forgot it" and refused to transfer me over to someone else. If you want great customer service don't call GEM Auto Parts.
