I went to this store 3 days in a row, during normal business hours between 1-3 PM and it was closed and locked all 3 days with a sign that just said "Sorry for the inconvenience".

This is literally the worst store I have been to. They refused to process my payment just because I choose not to disclose my phone number and email? Someone should report this store to the authorities for unethical business practice ! I'm assuming they want to earn extra commission even when they have zero interaction with the customers or probably harvesting your data.

Cashier refused to sell me a $4 energy drink because I would not give my phone number for a dollar off.
When I told him I’d rather pay full price, he responded that this is a time of economic crisis, and there are entire movements to saving money. He then claimed it would
not ring out without my phone number - which is untrue.
I would not give my phone number to a stranger on the street offering $1, why should I give it to GNC?

This place sucks. I know what I want, and get the same thing every time. Grab it, walk to the register, and they spend 10 minutes going through promotional offers. What should be a 2 minute interaction turns into an infomercial. Good luck.

Cashier made me sign up for an account with email and phone number and then shamed me for not wanting to donate through them. I will not be returning. Very poor experience

At checkout, the staff have consistently pressured me to replace my selection with GNC products for the sake of (I presume) commissions or metrics. Additionally, the store is in a poor state with broken cooler machines and shelves completely devoid of product. I do not recommend shopping here.

This is the worst GNC ever. Store didn’t open up today until 10:10. Shelves were almost empty. The cashier told me everything I was buying from BSN wasn’t good for me and then signed me up to a free account that I do not want or was never even asked for. The cashier was the worst.

Go in to look for pre workouts wanted to ask some questions but the worker was too busy on the phone ignoring me for 15 minutes so I left. I’ll just order it on Amazon.

Whoever is working Monday closes the store early. Went to go get something and the store was locked at 8:48 despite saying that it’s open until 9pm.
