I had time to visit one Goodwill while in Boston, so based on reviews, I chose this one. And I loved it! Only took cash since computers were down-so I was lucky I had cash. No dressing rooms-so I tried things on over my shirt. I ended up buying 4 things for right under $21!!! I loved all the things I found- a sleeveless sequined Ann Taylor top, a long sweater coat from J Jill, a Uniqlo puffer vest, and a like new red/blac/gray/white scarf. I traveled carry-on, so that was about all I could fit in my suitcase! But so worth it! Public parking lot near by. Siizes are all mixed. But because it's a smaller store, it wasn't too hard to go through. Prices are based on the item, so you don't know the price unless you ask. There are different color plastic tags that they use to price an item. I thought everything was affordable-lots of great choices!

I went in this place in hopes of supporting the community but I was wrong! The items were dirty, some of the items were missing pieces and the customer service sucks. They refuse to refund me back my money or give me credits. I have names. I need headquarters to contact me asap because I will be reporting this store. The lady who worked there was making fun of a gay man and laughing as well.

Be careful, it’s closed! I went there today and the store is closed for renovation. Better to call before going there

First and foremost, prepare to dig. This thrift store does not sort any clothing by size, so you have to thumb through every single item to try to find something, and then you have to decide if you even like it. (They do sort by color, though even that wasn’t well-executed.) It makes absolutely no sense to shop by color instead of size.Due to that, the sections are poorly organized. I constantly found the opposite gender’s clothing in my section, even children’s items too. The bedding section is a heap of items in a huge metal basket. What a mess. And if you are lucky enough to find a few clothing items…you can’t even try them on, because the fitting rooms are closed. (No explanation why either.)But it gets better: they don’t do refunds or exchanges, so now it’s a game of risking losing money on clothes that don’t fit but can’t be returned. Absolute clown show. The only reason why I didn’t give just one star is because the sales associate was polite.

Purchased several item’s yesterday, couldn’t try on instore so I took them home. According to the website returns are accepted within 7 days for exchange. The store refused citing people steal and Covid, both of which I am not guilty of. The store was rude and unprofessional. If you are looking to donate or buy clothes second hand, do not shop here. Don’t even come here for water because they will let you die of thirst first. Absolute worst customer service experience ever. DO BETTER.

It's nice to have this store in the neighborhood. The service is friendly but the selection could be a little better.

My shopping trip - I wanted to purchase a dress with a blue color tag. This was a dress that would be fine for church or work. It was made of Jones of NY. The cashier with the fingers nails painted black - stated that the dress was 15 dollars!!! It was considered a fancy dress - Fancy? I have ten other dress in my closet I purchaed at goodwill that have had the same blue color tag. The clerk ask if I still wanted the dress. I said not at that price!!. Something was not right with this transaction!!! I was being ripped off. What really irks me is that people donate items to goodwill and it costs them nothing.Clean storeEmployees 50 50 some are great - others notColthes not jammed pack on racksMissesNeed more mirrorsNo parking - bus stop in front storeShoe prices are to high
