We are on vacation here in Boston and I brought my daughters, ages 9 and 11, here to see what luxury products are actually like. I announced immediately to the employees that we were here to browse and just see the items. A young woman took us around to each section, explained the stores layout and collections, including their inspiration. She told the story of Gucci himself, and other amazing details. It was awesome. She even asked my kids what fashion brands they were into and treated them like they had $50k to spend. Her enthusiasm and care were inspiring. I wanted my kids to see the difference in quality and have a conversation about the complexity and ethics of "luxury," which we did, but the biggest takeaway for them was being treated respectfully by someone with nothing to gain and seeing how moving it is to spend time with someone who loves their job and their industry. 10/10 experience. She's an amazing representative for Gucci. I wish I had gotten her name.

Last night I was celebrating my 30th Birthday, my parents surprised me with a trip to the Gucci store to pick out a bag. The staff was incrediable, we were helped by Blake and he just went above and beyond in every aspect of the experience. Starting with champagne, asking me all about my ideal purse and what is really important to me from a functionality standpoint.
I never felt pressured, we narrowed it down to 2 bags and I landed on my perfect one. He never rushed me, he gave me pointers and asked me to hold the bag in every way possible to get a real feel of it. He just made me feel so special! I am a taller girl, so when putting the bag across my shoulders, I needed to either have more holes punched in the strap or have another option. They just gave me the wider strap that goes with the bigger bag without question, completing my bag, giving it the perfect finishing touch. I treated myself to the matching wallet and he was just so personable.
Lastly, my mother had purchased a bag less than a year ago at this store, the wear and tear on the bag gave the impression she had it for much longer, she addressed her concerns and wanted to know what her options were. Blake immediately opens a new bag, offers her a brand new bag without question and for no additional cost. It's safe to say that customer service at this location is taken extremeley seriously as she was blown away and so grateful.
All and all, I wanted to thank Blake and take the time to highlight how he made my birthday 10x more special. My bag is a dream and I will cherish it for decades to come and always look back on this experience fondly. Thank you so very much!!!

Had a good experience shopping here. The lady that helped me was very nice and not pushy. They even gave us champagne as they were about to close. Highly recommend!

Brought in my beloved aviators ive had for a few years for a simple repair expecting a small bill for repair but was okay with it as these are my favorite sunglasses. Within a week Kenia and her team had these glasses sent of where the minor nose pad repair was completed and to my surprise it appears they put new lenses in my glasses as well. The best part is is they did not charge me for this repair, despite these glasses being a few years old! I am glad to see this company still stands behind their products and I am extremely happy with the service I received from the team here. I will not think twice before coming back in in the future!

Beware it’s a public mall but you’re not allowed to just look around this store, they will want you to leave. My boyfriend and I have shopped at this location multiple times and we love the products. We have always had good experiences here while buying. We went in today to look at what’s new and the older white woman with short brown hair asked if we had questions 2x and both times I politely said no we are just looking for now thank you! After 5 mins in the store she asked a third time with an annoyed and inpatient tone along the lines of “OKAY guys do you have any questions or what?” We left immediately. Certain workers seem classist, pushy, and will judge you. You work at Gucci but you’re still a retail worker. It doesn’t make you better than anyone. Relax.

Husband bought me 3 perfumes for my birthday and wasn't too crazy about 1 of the scent. I called explained. Ask if I can returning or at least get a store credit.The answer was, no. Money down the drain. Will make sure to let my husband know not to give business here.

Visited June 27th. The store is hot. It felt like they didn’t have air conditioning, the store runs two tower fans. My friend and I were respectfully chatting near a fan to cool off while the third was speaking with an associate about purchasing shoes. The associate (female, dark brown hair) then came over to the fan we were by, unplugged it and ran into the back closing the previously open curtain. Very rude and childish. None of us will be shopping at Gucci again.

Had a return from online, Melissa at Gucci was SO helpful, was texting to check in & helped return the shoes AGAIN & get us the right size. Would absolutely recommend Melissa to anyone! Ask for her if you head in there for a purchase!

Judge mental, Bad attitude, Immature guy. I came in to buy a piece of jewelry and when I was told they didn't sell gold, the guy acted like I was suchhh a huuuge burden wasting 2 minutes of his time. Not to mention as I was walking away, hearing him talk under his breath about how stupid I am for even asking. Don't take out your awful life on other people sweetie, grow up.

I have come to this store twice ready to spend money but needed some help with sizing. Like most people I don’t make luxury purchases often so when I do I expect the experience to be great. The first time I came in the fall of 2023 I didn’t get any assistance after awkwardly standing around in the store for 20 minutes. I ended up leaving. The second time I wanted to purchase a belt and possibly some shoes I was looking at. I was looking for a specific color. They had some options but not the exact one, they said they didn’t have it online and demanded that I pull it up online and show them. I didn’t have service so I couldn’t. But The item is available online. The staff handed me items and just walked away to go chat. I ended up leaving. This is the second and last time I will try to make a purchase in this store.
I went to Chanel first and then Gucci. Let me just say the experience was night and day between the stores. Just because people are draping in luxury doesn’t mean they don’t have money to spend. I don’t know all the latest fashion trends and materials, the staff do. You have the power to make the sale and help the customer have the best experience possible.

This review is related to my interaction with Chifunilo, SA inside the Saks store. I had a pleasant experience and she educated me with the history of some items I took interest in. She also informed me that the Jackie buckle was going to be phased out so I guess that is my next acquisition! She was kind of enough to show me the different styles of Jackie- some I've never even seen before. I was not in the market to purchase anythng that day but I will definitely going back to purchase my Jackie from Chifunilo.

The young female sales person with short hair seems unhappy to serve us. I don’t know if she thought it wasted her time to help us with accessories. Very indifferent when introduced the product to us. if she is unhappy to work, I would suggest your manager to give her a holiday, instead of making your store’s reputation worse by her working altitude.
