I am disappointed with the 2 employees who were not able to assist me about unlocking my userid. They should know how to unlock customer's userids. Also, an employee was saying an obscene word that made me very upset and very disturbing and that is inappropriate in public services, while she was assisting me. Since, they were not able to assist me, I called customer service and one of the reps was very kind to help me unlock my userid.

I am disappointed that the employees were not able to assist me to unlock my user id. While one of the employees was assisting me, she was searching information on the online credit union about unlocking my user id and I heard her swearing, which is very unprofessional in the public service. She called HFCU mail office for assistance for information about unlocking my user id. She was nice, except for her inappropriate foul word that she was saying. She told me that the HFCU main office will call me or email me to unlock my user id. Later, I thought about calling the main line and I spoke to one of the customer service reps and she was very helpful to unlock my user id by phone.
