This is basically an small private office in the Courthouse Building. The single employee that worked there was helpful so nothing against her. However, I went in because in order to setup my online account my email address needed to be on file which it wasn't for some reason. After speaking with several customer service reps over the phone, I was told I could only add my email at a local branch. This is absolutely ridiculous and beyond my comprehension. I have a motorcycle loan with these people from the dealership. If not for that I would never do business with this credit union. I have since setup the online account and the interface is just as bad as the credit union. I can't even setup an autopay. Half the features aren't even accessible. Go elsewhere.
