I bought some children’s shoes from HDO on Amazon. The shoes got a tear in them within 5 months of purchase and normal wear. I was at my wits end trying to contact the company who made the shoes so finally emailed HDO. They were so helpful to resolve the issue! HDO tried to contact the shoe company and ultimately resolved the issue by sending me a replacement pair of children’s shoes. Outstanding customer service! Thank you so much!

I’m a first time shopper with this company. I had a great experience. I was a skeptical after reading some of the review. Regardless, I decided to purchase the shoes because it was the only company that had them in the color and size I needed. I had a minor issue (caused by me). The person I corresponded with was prompt, respectful, and very professional. The shoes arrived sooner than expected. I recommend this store. I would purchase again from them.

Order items from HDO sport including a lens for a racing helmet. The lenses are fragile. Rather than ship in a box, it was shipped in a bag and of course came broken. This is after the item was delivered a week late. This has left me out to dry for an upcoming race. Stay away if you want good customer service, punctual delivery, and a company that cares.

So far this has been one of the worst ordering experiences I’ve had. I ordered a pair of boots that were supposed to be delivered within two weeks! Here we are two weeks later and instead of my boots, I received a knit hat in the mail and no boots.Nobody answers the phone, sent an email inquiring about my order and still have not gotten an answer.Your customer service is subpar and I will not recommend your store to anyone I know.

Ordered tennis shoes on November 13th. It's December 26th and still no shoes. The first pair was shipped to Cullen, Alabama. I live in Illinois. I tried contacting HDO and no one responded until I contacted Amazon. Supposedly they have sent another pair of shoes.....no sign of them. When I asked about the shoes, they said that due to unprecedented volume and Covid, there was a delay. Seriously, the shoes were ordered November 13th. Question.....has anyone received shoes from HDO?

I ordered a pair of rollerblades from HDO that were sold out everywhere else. After placing my order I found out the skates were out of stock when I purchased them due to the system not updating. After some back and forth with customer service, I was notified that there were manufacturing issues due to COVID and high demand over the last few months and was offered a full refund. I decided to stick with my order because the skates were still unavailable everywhere else and I bought them as a gift for a friend. After weeks of waiting, I contacted them again and was offered a similar set of skates that had just come in for no additional charge. The new skates were sent out and received in only a few days in perfect condition. Great customer service and communication on their end, especially during the pandemic!

Too many issues to list. They sent my straw hat clear across the country to another state. They promised to send it to me and then took 9 days to even drop it off to USPS. So many broken promises and miscommunication on their end (internal) that we've had to email 16 times to get it right. I was so frustrated that even when I received my product damaged, I didn't want to contact them. I'm chalking this up as a loss because I'd rather keep a broken straw hat than deal with this company again.

I ordered shoes for my Husband on July 8th, it is now July 30th. Supposedly my package is lost now after waiting 3 weeks for it to even ship. This was not a back order product and said it would ship within 2-3 busy ones days. This was part of his surprise special sobriety gift that never came and it had lots of meaning. Instead he has a picture of the product, and I got an “awe” for trying. I have contacted them through calls and multiple emails with NOTHING in return. They were eager to take my money but won’t deliver the product. Do not buy from this company, amazon also needs to not support them. I have never been hang to dry with no help like this before. It’s robbery. Will never purchase from them again nor will any of my friends and family.

I ordered running shoes on May 3rd from their website. Was told that the shoes may take 3 weeks to ship, which was fine. It's now been 7 weeks and the shoes still haven't arrived. There's no answer when I call the phone number and multiple emails that I have left have not been answered. UPDATE: After leaving this review, they finally got back to me and said they are re-shipping the shoes. Will update if it actually arrives.SECOND UPDATE: Shoes arrived 3 days after they were shipped. I'll give the store the benefit of the doubt and chalk the delay up to the pandemic.
