A completely incompetent dealership. The lack of communication from the service department is truly remarkable. They had my car for over two months working on an issue they can never fix. During this time I received zero updates from the service advisor unless I reached out to her, I left several voicemails to both her and the service manager and never received a single call back. I was never told what the issue was that kept my car for two months, only that the check engine light would not turn off. When I finally got my car back I was disgusted to see the interior was filled with trash from Dunkin’ Donuts and personal items/clothing from someone I’m assumed works there. Not only that but the car was driven over 730 miles which makes me think it was used for personal reasons. I am happily selling my car so I never have to deal with these people again.

This dealership has professional technicians, customer service representatives and by far the cleanest, comfiest and the most well stocked customer service lounge area in the Boston metropolitan area!Oh, and the customer service department is “top notch” and verified friendly thanks to Mariel and her colleagues. I have had my rear brakes replaced here and my wife bought a Land Rover Sport from this dealer.I came in for a simple state inspection sticker and left with my vehicle washed, vacuumed and satisfied from all the yummy food and coffee they provided!! Prices are fair and they take care of everything for you!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance
