Since moving to Boston and having Herb Chambers take care of my 2012 Mini Cooper I have continually had wonderful service from all staff members. I purchased a 2023 Mini in December 2022 and again experienced excellent service. I typically deal with Mark Ravin when I check in, he is an absolute GEM. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car.

Frankly, Herb Chambers should teach a course in how to treat customers marvelously. And the great service never feels false; it’s always authentic. Mark , the person who manages my cars when they need service is about as good as it gets. He’s efficient and always knows his stuff! He’s also very caring and warm. Such a great combo. I will always think of Herb chambers when I find myself ready to purchase again. It’s the people that make me come back. It’s lovely to feel so well taken care of.

Got there at 12:50 for a service appointment (oil change and coolant top off). Requested a full look over because I have a big drive coming. Ended up that my front brake pads should be replaced. This process took over 4.5 hours. I didn't even get an inspection report until almost 3 pm. Didn't get the quote for my brakes for another 45 min. The brakes themselves only took about an hour, maybe less. So I'm not sure what the other 3.5 hours were for?? But way too long and the showroom was absolutely freezing !!!

Wonderful service, Samuel was very helpful and I felt very comfortable asking about advice on servicing my car. I appreciate the fast service (I always get my car back within two hours), and the comfort of the lounge to wait in.

I brought my mini clubman to Haskins in Wellesley to have the bumper and câmara replaced. While at Haskins they told me that my car needed a new battery a front lower control arm replacement and a couple of other things which I declined to go forward, instead I took it to herb chambers and Mark diagnosed the issues. It turns out that I didn’t need any of what Haskins has diagnosed.That’s the reason I’m a loyal customer to Mark. He is honest and made the whole transaction painless.I strongly recommend Mark as he has proven to be a true professional.Services: Electrical repair

The service team at Herb Chambers Mini of Boston is as good as it gets. My 2010 Mini Cooper still runs great, and it's due to the superb service from the Herb Chambers team. Their advice is both helpful and timely. It makes decision making easy.

The whole team is so customer-focused. I always feel like they really listen to my issue and then efficiently solve it. I usually work with Mark and he’s always so friendly and is great at communicating with me while my car is in the shop.

This is not my usual service location, but the scheduling worked for my needs that day. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The oil change was very quick, and was completed in half the time as expected.The only recommendation I will offer is, be sure to be clear that people have to check in twice: once when you get greeted and hand over the keys and again in the waiting area. If I had not noticed someone checking in, I would not have known. I had already been sitting for about 20 minutes, which was disappointing because there were staff available but didn't say anything.Service: Oil change
