I came on a Saturday and they were busy, busy. It make take a while to get an associate to help you, but you'll get help. There are two stories to the boutique. The bottom level is men's items and women's fashion accessories. Upstairs are women's shoes, clothes, home items and dog items as well. There is also a display of their leather goods, but they don't sell them. (We know this!!) I was looking into buying shoes this Hermes visit. I tried on the Happy Sneakers and Bouncing Sneakers and was in a slight debate on which one I should get. I tried on the shoes and took pictures to help me decide. That really was no help hahha. It's always so helpful when the SA gives some help when deciding on some items. I ended up with the Happy Sneakers because it's all leather and I wanted to see different colorways on the Bouncing Sneaker. In the future, if I do decide to buy the item online now at least I know my size. It told Sunny I was visiting and I was a little concerned with how I should transport my purchase back to the hotel. She wrapped up my items in the signature orange box with the brown ribbon with a plain unmarked white bag and covered the box with white tissue paper. She also included the orange shopping bag in my white bag. I ended up walking back to my hotel so I'm so thankful for the inconspicuous bag.

Had a wonderful experience today with a quick shopping trip to pick up a few Christmas gifts. Both the Store Director and the Selling Supervisor who helped me were so kind and nice to work with. I'm happy to have established a relationship I feel good about with a local SA! (No more waiting for Paris trips to shop at Hermes!)

My husband and I had a pretty bad experience. The workers were extremely unfriendly. No one greeted us, acted very dismissive and condescending. Do you guys get paid extra by Hermes to be this way? We have a decent purchase history with Hermes but even if we didn’t, you shouldn’t treat customers this way. You never know how much money one is willing to spend. We wandered around the store for 15 minutes and no one even acknowledged our existence just glanced at us like we are not worthy of their time. We tried to break the ice by asking about the newly released Hermes Apple products and the workers just rolled their eyes and said they didn’t carry the Hermes/Apple collab. The shift who worked on 10/09/2023 literally needs to be sent into more training or get fired.There were 1-2 more customers at the store, neither of them looked like they were being helped. You wonder why the story is so empty…The other reviews aren’t lying. Do not go to this location. You’re not welcome there!

I know people love to post their negative experiences here, but I've only had positive and I think it's important to share these as well. I have had two lovely experiences at this location. To give context, I am in my late 20s and am by no means, "wealthy." When I go in, I always thank the doorman and make it a point to be patient, courteous, and always respectful to the staff. I first came in with a Herbag I inherited that needed to be fixed (hardware missing, and was in dire need of a cleaning). They were happy to send it off to the spa and we chatted for around 30 minutes. The staff was approachable and very respectful to me. I didn't feel like they were intimidating or condescending whatsoever. I went back in recently to pick up my bag after it was repaired and they greeted me again with smiles, and kind words. I was again, chatted up, bought some Twillies for my bag, and my friend and I browsed the store. I know others have had negative experiences, and I feel silly now being worried and scared before my first trip. While their experiences are still valid, don't let it scare you from enjoying a potentially positive experience here (esp if you are like me and truly love the brand). Looking forward to the day I finish medical school and can build my collection of their amazing products.

A sales associate came from the back asking if anyone needed help. He asked everyone but me, so I exclaimed while raising my hand, “I need help!” The associate turned to me and replied, “I’m just checking if you’re being helped. I’m with a client.” Not helpful at all and super pointless to ask if you aren’t going to take any action. The negative reviews capture the essence of the store completely. What a shame as I expected more from a luxury retailer, even post covid. This was a missed opportunity, and I will never return to the Boston location. Disappointed is an understatement. Happy to spend my coins elsewhere.Sincerely,Annoyed and over sub-par customer service.

Worst Hermès store I've ever been into. The sales associate DJ was so rude and made my overall experience awful. The customer service is ridiculous. I love Hermès but the Boston location and the employees do not make this a desirable place where I wanna spend money. Edit: I spoke to the manager, John, about my unpleasant experience, and he was more than happy to make it right. I came back into the store a day later, and he did everything right. If you are going to this location, I would suggest speaking to John. I'm much happier leaving the store today than I was yesterday. Thank you John for being kind :)

It’s very disappointing to see a luxury retail store provide such poor customer service. In reality these sales associates possibly can’t even afford to purchase the bags alone so why the need for such rudeness and arrogance? What happened to manners and just being kind? We are all humans after all and we the humans you are treating horribly are are willing to spend thousands of dollarsat your store! It doesn’t define a person of who they are and their life by their look. And that’s the problem with your store! You look at what they wear and sadly the color of their skin! I understand Hermes is trying to attract certain buyers but the buyers you are attracting are actually resellers! You don’t want resellers however you are pushing the real customers away like myself by advocating the absurd behaviors of your sales agents. In absolute disgust! Will never return at this location! Plus this location is pretty small compared to their other locations.

My family and I have been to several Hermes stores around the world, but Zachary truly represented this one amazingly as he knows how to style each and every scarf so perfectly along with the story behind its design. He is aware of every bag detail whether it be the unique light blue color or the number of pockets. My mom and I love coming into the store because he simply radiates impeccable energy. Boston and this store specifically is so lucky to have him!

When you visit the store ask for Zachary! He is an absolute pleasure to work with. He was able to assist me with exactly what I wanted and made me feel very comfortable. His smile radiates and he is one of the friendliest and hands down best SA I have ever worked with.

Waited 15 min for someone to even acknowledge me and before they do, they take a different customer who came in after me . There were several staff members in there , they were not nice people and looks like they do this to a lot of people .I bought a bracelet down the block 15 min later from a different store .

If a zero star rating was available, I would have chosen that. Have visited this store multiple times in the past few months and have received little to no help while in the store. Associates cannot give answers to basic questions, and they seem completely disinterested in doing their actual jobs.
