Bought 2 cans of paint at this Home Depot and they mislabeled them as each other. Painters painted bedroom the wrong color, which will cost $100 to redo. Home Depot refused to take any responsibility. Filed a complaint with the BBB. Check your paint before leaving the store.

I placed an online order for a $229 product, but when I picked it up, I was given a much cheaper item worth $139 instead. When I pointed out the issue, I was told they didn’t have the item I ordered. There was no apology or effort to resolve the situation. Why wasn’t I informed about the issue before pick-up? Substituting a cheaper product without notifying me, especially after I had already paid the higher price, feels at best dishonest and at worst potentially fraudulent. I hope someone reads this review so they address their practices.
