Horrifying experience at delivery and installation of washer and dryer. Both appliances were bent during delivery and installed not only incorrectly, but dangerously. The manufacture’s team inspected and was shocked by how irresponsible the service was — the appliances were stacked without any bolt fixation and could easily cause serious body damage. For the safety of your properties and yourself, please be warned and stay away.

I would like to thank the cashier Michael Mullen who was so kind to me yesterday when I realized my wallet was gone. He even offered me money in case I needed gas to get home. You have a great employee and more importantly a nice person. I tried to call yesterday but didn’t have any luck getting through.

Home Depot is fine. It's the Samsung dishwasher Samsung DW80R2031(low end model) and the Samsung repair service is not so good. Water leak all over wood floors. I can not recommend this dishwasher to anyone for any reason. It needs improvement.The dishwasher is one year and half old. Out of warranty. First call to Samsung repair. Service man came over and pulled it out of its place to examine where the leak was coming from. This model has two screws on the left side (the two upgraded models above this low end model do not have these two screws). He tightened them. Done.I called soon after that, the leak is back... The man returns again to tell me the warranty is out and you need a water valve. The estimate to fix it was $140 for the part + labor=$300(?) The worst part was he pulled out the dishwasher and lifted it to check underneath and HE DROPPED IT! Chipped two areas on my wood floor and broke the right side leg. He put it back in place. Now it's lopsided. He left quickly and said call for an appointment to order the water valve.I ordered a new Bosch dishwasher and the broken Samsung was hauled away.

HORRIBLE experience. DO NOT go here if you want covid. I placed an online order for curbside pickup, and hadn't heard anything in 4 days so called and they said I would have to come in because something i ordered wasn't in stock. I ordered 12 things, so not sure why I couldn't do my curbside pick up for everything else, and also no one contacted me about this I had to call and find out what the status was. Anyways, I go in and more than half the store isn't wearing a mask. It's one thing that they weren't enforcing customers to wear them (which they should be), but more than half of the home depot employees themselves weren't wearing masks. Where is management to enforce this? Also it doesn't count if your mask is below your nose or on your chin. I haven't felt this unsafe in a store since the pandemic began. We were actively trying to avoid employees without their masks on, and they were coming up to us less than a foot away talking to us. I can't believe a large company such as this has management that is not enforcing their employees to wear masks. Go elsewhere and protect yourselves.

Employees are helpful, the wait for the checkout even in the new normal with social distancing and all was quick and hassle free. Found a good sale, I would recommend this place.

I would first like to apologize for wasting the valuable time of the employees that work here. I never should have tried to give you my money. I understand that Home Depot is one of the best Felon employers in the country, but they should be thankful for their employment. I know from personal experience that most inmates that get released immediately run to Home Depot, and this particular store sees most of that traffic. The employees act as if they're still inmates with GPS bracelets, and anything involving looking up from a smartphone is terribly bothersome. Again, I apologize for trying to give you my money.On several occasions, I spent more than 45 minutes on hold only to be hung up on. I'm not sure if they've ever answered their phone before. In the store, I didn't hear any ringing anywhere, assuming the ringers are turned off.They refuse to update their website, so I've had to get three refunds in the past 24 hours due to products being Out Of Stock but appearing to be In Stock on the site.
