The manager Kathy was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. She helped us hold furniture while we continued shopping and keep it all organized. The cashier Yarialis was efficient, courteous and kind during our long checkout.
While there is no parking at the store, the lot is nearby at 33 Arch Street. The store is centrally located and the team helps you get your goods out the door!

One of the cashier was having a weird attitude and she is not very bright either. She didn’t want to remove the alarm on my book that she scanned.. I didn’t even want to argue cause she just looked very dumb to me. I’ll try to describe her: A bit old, dark hair, brown skin with an accent. She is either slow at scanning items or give attitude to clients.. I think she forgets that clients bring money to Homegoods, not HER. She can find another job if she isn’t happy working at HomeGoods. Anyways, you guys need to hire better employees at this location because it’s TERRIBLE.

I like this store. It’s a little congested though. Lanes are tight. However, although the lines were long, they moved rather quickly. Great place. Love what I bought.
