I had the worst experience having my taxes done with H&R in west Roxbury! My agent was Carolina Parker and she was 40 min late, no phone call. However I waited and I had sent them my papers 2 days ahead and she hadn’t even looked at them. She was so incompetent and she was checking from google where to put my expenses. So bad, it took 3 hours for 1 paper and she made a mistake, she doubled my income and I had to pay almost 6k. Be aware, and they charge so much!

I literally just called to see whether I should use a tax person I’ve used in the past or I should switch to H&R Block and I got the rudest response and they hung up on me. All I asked was can I use my car travels when filing my taxes, even though it’s not my business… The female quickly said if you have used someone else we can’t help you here - and hung up- are you serious? I guess I won’t be taking my business to H&R Block! Thanks for making that decision super easy!

This office has the best and friendliest tax preparers, including Diane Feehily, Artemis Meletlidis and Mary Rahilly. We have had our taxes prepared here for years, and have never had a problem. My husband and I like to sit with the tax preparer. Our questions are always answered quickly and succinctly, and our refunds are always received in a timely manner. I highly recommend this office and these tax preparers to friends and family all day long.
