Don't bother with this company and don't book online. Tried 4 separate times to meet with an accountant. The first three times were rescheduled due to staffing issues. When I showed up for my 4th appointment they said I only booked online and not with an accountant
Front desk staff was also rude and on her phone and uninterested in helping at all.

Would rate at 0 stars if I could. I booked an appointment only to be called the day of my appointment and told they were all booked and I would need to reschedule. They told me someone in their office failed to do their job and that now I needed to reschedule even though I had a booked and confirmed appointment.
DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS OFFICE! Book anywhere else.

No matter how many times you call they never answer and when you make an appointment over the phone they never call you. This place sucks and they are the reason my 2023 taxes did not get done! Do not go to H&R Block!

There are reasonably good people to do your taxes in the offices. Expect to wait. It feels a lot like the DMV. Receptionists are awful but I'm guessing they aren't paid enough to care. If you are going to the 205 Massachusetts Ave, forget it. They lost my confirmed appointment. As I said though, if you can get a good tax pro, it'll take a load off of your mind.

I'd recommend all to steer clear of this office. I selected this office due to their expertise in international income, and income across States. After receiving (1) 1 City tax that was rejected due to using the wrong form, (2) 1 State tax filing rejected and penalized for not paying the correct amount, (3) a 2nd State tax filing with no word on whether it was accepted, and (4) a federal return that has been held up for 2 months...literally element of this tax filing was incorrect. What a waste of time and money.

Frustrating experience from start to finish. Scheduled an in-person meeting with a tax-pro, get a call the night before the meeting saying they can no longer meet me with me but I can still come drop off documents. Sure, whatever, same end. Drop off the docs, hear nothing back for close to a week. Tax deadline rolls around and no one has returned any of my calls at this point, requiring me to go in person to ask what the heck is going on. The person who was assigned to my return just...didn't do it. So they helped me file an extension, set up another call for the following Monday. Never got the call on Monday, had to call the office myself. Finally get someone on the line, they tell me they're working on it now and they'll call me back again (at their convenience, not mine). Repeatedly I've had to push this along, with no information or feedback from them. Stressful experience to say the least, I would not trust this location again and plan to take my business elsewhere going forward. I'd caution all others not to use this place.
