First of all, the price is outrageous. Second, my taxes looked strange, as I owe MA a couple hundred dollars, but I have never owed before. I asked my tax preparer about this and they said they would look at the return again, and then never got back to me after multiple follow ups.

I have been a happy customer of H&R Block for many years and of the Morrissey Boulevard, Dorchester location for most of them. The location is convenient and pleasant and the people there have always been friendly and helpful.
