Stay away from this place if your dropping off clothes to get washed this place sucks and they don’t know how to separate the clothes they wash colored clothes with white clothes. I’ve dropped my clothes for them to get washed and picked up my clothes and my white clothes was all pink. Then the person at the desk told me I have to separate my own clothes if I didn’t want them to get washed all together. I will never return here again

I’ve been coming here since the Asian lady owed this spot, it’s recently bought by new owners I believe they told me in 2022, they are Hispanic and they are lovely, supper helpful and always welcoming!

I washed my clothes there and they somehow got bleached in their machine after I used only laundry detergent for my color clothes. Over $100 worth of clothes ruined. After talking to the lady at the front desk, she told me the owner looked at the cameras and saw it wasn’t true, which was a lie. I spoke with him on the phone and he said he never reviewed the cameras for my visit. He was unwilling to do anything about it since his employees had not washed the clothes themselves. The detergent slot was filled with old laundry detergent, and I’m sure some bleach when I put my detergent in. Terrible customer service and business there.

Not American so this was my first time using a laundrymat. The lady working there at the time was very nice and willing to help.

I use this laundromat instead of the washer and dryer that is in my own apartment building because it is cleaner, and has nice big machines for me to use. I have a lot of clothes so I only need to do laundry like every 2 or 3 weeks which means when I do go do it I have a to, and with what would end up being about 3 loads in a normal machine I can fit, snuggly into one of their giant machines and dryers. It costs me about 11 to 12 bucks to wash and dry it all and that is a value in my opinion. The machines at my apartment are 3 dollars a small load and 3 dollars to dry a small load so it would cost me about 18 at my apartment, as well the basement floods here and no one cleans up after themselves so it is always a mess so I am very happy that I get to come to this laundromat.

Usually not too crowded. Decent amount of washers & dryers. I think prices are a bit high compared to others but it is the closest option for me. Overall nothing that would make me go somewhere else.

The washer machines don't always work and some machines will take your money. The help is aware of this and will assist you. But the help speaks very little english and they are very rude and difficult to understand. They'll help you but it's not uncommon for them to have an attitude and when they help you. The convienance is great, the space is clean price could be lower but the help and machines that force you to deal with their help ruin it!

I walk pass the Hub Cleaner and Laundry building every week but have never used their services. The building is strategically placed beside the road and it is modern in outlook. It is near the JFK/UMASS Train station on one side and Star Supermarket on the other.

Wash cost depends on load size. Small to medium load $3.00, larger loads $4.00, $4.75, $6.00, $6.75, $7.50. Detergent available, single load $1.00. Dry $0.25 per 6 minutes, note dryer default temperature is medium, high temp can be selected. There is a clean folding table and wheeled carts. Change machine for getting quarters.
