When at the airport, it's great to have convenient shops to purchase items needed for the flight or just something to bring back a loved one. Maybe this particular employee was having a difficult day, but from my observation it seemed just being a little lazy. This location lacked customer service. The girl in front of me was purchasing an item and worked at the airport. I witnessed the worker not give a discount cause her " register was closed". I think whether or not the discount is small the employee is entitled to get it. For me, I asked a simple question if they had an item in stock ( coconut water) The employee said no, and I found it myself. It's just disappointing to see someone represent the store that doesn't care.

Just wanted to say thank you to the lovely man who worked here who offered to post my postcards for me on his way home as I hadn't managed to find somewhere at the airport. My family have just received them, thank you!

My daughter was harassed by the man who works here while traveling from Massachusetts back home to California. He caused her extreme anxiety and made her very uncomfortable. She went in and asked about a charger which had no price on it. His response to her was "how much do you want it to be?" She found a half off rack, again with no marked price. She asked again how much this charger was, and he responded she did not want that because it was broken. He continued with personal questions, "are you alone?" "Who are you visiting?" He asked her how old she was and when she responded 17, she thought he would back off. He kept on with nosy and inappropriate questions in addition to creepily staring her up and down. He continued to try to play a game of cat and mouse with her in regards to the charger and finally she just grabbed one and went to pay at the self-checkout. The man walked over, took the charger out of her hand and proceeded to scan it himself... (An attempt to be closer to her.) She hurriedly paid and she left. She immediately called her father and while she was telling him what happened she turned around to see that he was right behind her and had closed the store by pulling the gate down. Her dad and I instructed her to go straight to an employee in the airport and let them know. By this time she was terrified. They got the police involved and we were told that the man would be spoken to, but he had left when he heard My daughter talking to her dad. On top of all of this the $40 charger that she bought did not work. She saved the receipt and the box along with the charger and I have written to corporate bringing their attention to the type of people they have employed and requesting a refund. I have yet to get a response to two emails that I have sent already. I don't care how convenient the store is, whoever they have working there seems to be dangerous. I'm sure that this is not the first or the last time this will happen. Just a warning for any single women or younger people traveling. The one star is only because there is no option for zero stars. Disgusting behavior not to mention selling broken items.

I've made it a tradition to get a book here whenever I fly out of Logan. They have quite the selection for an airport bookstore (though I admit I don't have any others to compare it to). I think everyone can find something here so it's worth a look if you want a book for your flight or trip :)

Bring food and a water bottle to the airport or pay double the price on everything at this place.

An Oasis is what my wife calls this little magazine and snack store? Feeling anxiety approaching and diabetic with her blood sugar being down a small snack wrapped in cellophane was just exactly what she needed for the moment? ''Thank you Boston C''

Hudson has grown up! No longer just souvenirs, drinks, and candy. This is definitely a stop for you to get snacks to take on board. I'm not talking just chips and pretzels. They have inexpensive cheese and crackers. They have grapes and cheese. They have sandwiches. They have smoked meat combos. They have hard-boiled eggs. These are great items to take with you on board since you don't get fed on your destinations! Oh, don't forget bottled water.

I stopped in Hudson booksellers last week before my flight back to DC. There were two young ladies working and I asked for a book suggestion. They inquired about the genre I typically read and we discussed different books. After a few minutes they suggested “The Immortalists.†It was a perfect fit for me. I so appreciate the time they took. I understand reading is a very personal choice and yet they personalized their suggestions for me.

I was in between flights in Boston enroute to Charlotte. I saw a sign for Evian water priced at 2.29 There were a few sizes of the water -this was the smallest one available and had a price tag showing 2.29. When I was cashing out the lady said the water is $2.70 -I showed her it was clearly marked at $2.29. She proceeded to tell me the printed sign was wrong ? I showed her the next bottle size up which was the one for 2.70-but she insisted my purchase was $2.70. I sheepishly complied as two staff members both respectfully half speaking English told me the sign was wrong-not cool.....

I forgot my charge cord so was in need. I understand it's an airport store, but $38 for a lightning cable!!! What in the world is that about? I recommend you locate the Best Buy machine if you're in this situation, they have them for $12.

Most things aren't marker, or are hanging out racks with things of Wild different prices. I questioned the Taffy being 3 for 20 and she insisted that's what she charge and told me the snack made up the difference and that "I have customers waiting and you'll need to sort this out on your own" well I was charge 8.99 for all three of those bags. Mind you I'm minutes away from boarding my flight and don't have time to wait in the now very long line for What Is Right and Owed to Me.

I worked for Hudson news 6 years ago when the management was horrible in terminal b Logan airport I reapplied for terminal c thinking everything has changed it's more professional now I got hired on January 9th went for my 5 hours orientation and started my first day of work yesterday when I was on my lunch break a manger came and I was brought down to the Human Resources manager office and fired for no reason she said due to the fact that I worked here 6 years ago and terminal b fired me and had it in the system there nothing she can do for me that I was being let . The manager that had brought me down to the office just a hour before was telling me that me working for the company years ago wouldn't affect my job now that once I'm hired I'm hired . The Human Resources also proceeded to tell me that she wasn't gonna pay me for 12 hours that I have worked which is illegal cause no one works for free .this company is horrible none of the managers have no communication with each other a Human Resources manager who been in the company longer than 16 years should of know who her workers were hiring she saw me in orientation filling out paperwork clearly she doesn't pay attention to her job clearly she not on top of things like she said she was they made me waste my time come to work for no reason go to orientation for no reason and are now telling me there not gonna pay me for me working this company is unprofessional and has no communication between one of another wouldn't recommend anyone applying for them unless you wanna be treated like you don't matter and your trash just cause you worked for the company over 6 years ago

Hudson News has reasonable souvenir prices compared to a neighboring store around the corner out by Wahlburger's. The t-shirts were on sale, so I was able to get a Boston souvenir t-shirt for less than $10, as well as some reasonably priced keychains (like Massachusetts emoji) It was a last minute purchase, the t-shirt fit as a carry-on, the service friendly and fast. Airport souvenir shops tend to be pricey, but this has quality for the deals. While I usually see Hudson News at East Coast airports like Logan&Newark Liberty, apparently SFO will be getting one in the international terminal. Talk about #fishoutofwater

Ok for beverage and magazines. Bottled beverage prices were cheaper than in the nearby restaurants. Decent magazine collection.
