Sandra and the Ironside team helped my family through a difficult process of establishing new insurance policies after our provider did not renew our existing policy. Due to a recent address change we didn’t know about the lapse for an extended amount of time, which made getting insurance very difficult. Without ironside, we would have been lost. The team was understanding, caring and most importantly, helpful & efficient, given the urgency of our situation. We very much appreciate their service and partnership.

Annalisa and the Ironside team have been an incredible shift to true customer service coming from being insured (home and auto) with the same large insurance company for the past 15 years where my premiums continued to rise to unreasonable levels. The Ironside team help customize and find the right solution at a far more reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone looking for help with their insurance.

I greatly appreciate the timely responses to all communications and the time spent ensuring that all required and optional coverage options met our needs. It was a plus to be able to easily and quickly finalize our policy, especially knowing how certain dog breeds can limit options and increase rates. We are happy with our policy that includes our specific dog breed, along with the great customer service!

I would not recommend these individuals at all. After requesting a simple call to go over rates (in order to even get a call we had to provide name and date of birth, why? Can I get a basic quote to make an informed decision before you ask me to invest my time and effort in you?), I was confronted by Connor, demanding my social/other personal info.
I expressed discomfort sharing my info, and just wanted a basic quote. Connor implied he had access to my RMV information (“This information is on the RMV”). I was promised a quote, but when the time came for one to be provided, Connor rudely ended the call.
He then had the audacity to email my wife and ask her for our documents (and still had no quote! Not even an estimate!)
Rude, aggressive, deceptive. When I called again to ask for an estimate, I was told I had to provide all my personal information or “I could do business elsewhere”!
