Ann gave me the best nails I have ever had! I did tip and dip powder nails. Two days after getting my nails done, I was proposed to! I’m so grateful that my nails were perfect on my day of engagement, and it was all because of Ann and Downtown Nails & Spa! Ann took her time and was so detail oriented! Thank you!

Came here to get a refill and my nails look horrible. You can see lumps and dents from where the refill starts. The shape and length of my nails are all different. The person who did my nails wasn’t friendly at all. Do not come here for acrylic refills. They do great with gel pedicures. Complete waste of money.

I got my nails done here and it was extremely disappointing. We had an appointment at 5:30 , but had to wait an entire hour for them to start my pedicure. They do a really rough and dirty job. I did a gel manicure in which I started to bleed. The lady doing my gel nails was upset with the way my fingers were positioned, so she started to get aggressive. She started swatting and grabbing my hand , until I was very visibly upset. The employee was beyond rude and we waited forever , so definitely not worth your time. There are better places in Boston to go.

My girlfriend got her nails done here as I witnessed the employees ignoring her and then aggressively handling her hands. I would avoid it if you’re looking for a quick or pleasant experience.

Very happy with the service I received today. Na was very friendly and did an excellent job with my manicure, I have not seen my nails look this pretty in a very long time. I cannot recommend the salon as a whole (and Na specifically) highly enough. I will definitely not go anywhere else for my nails from now on.

Why can I not give 6 stars?! Back in Boston and stopped by for a mani , with a pedi this time. And again, Nina and Tracy did not disappoint! I wanted to prep for the Mid-State Fair which starts as soon as I get back home later today, so showed Nina my Pinterest-inspired pic. You can see the result for yourselves: perfect! Tracy’s calf and foot massage was exceptional with my pedi, and Nina.. well, Nina DELIVERED!
Pls support this great little Happy Place, they are fantastic!

Completely disrespectful of customers' time. I made a reservation and was still kept waiting for 30 minutes. This is the second time-first before my wedding day, and now before my 1-year anniversary trip.

EMMA!!!! I was so lucky to find this completely amazing nail artist! Emma patiently undid the damage of my last nail tech, and then created my July 4th nails EXACTLY as I showed her her in a pic. Thank you so much!
The salon is clean, lots of nail and pedi stations and very color and type of nail treatment you could wish for. Definitely recommend.
