Blue was fantastic! He was friendly, professional, and super prompt. After I initialy reached out via a Craiglist listing, Blue responded promptly via email, so it was very easy to set up a virtual viewing of the listing -- and when I happened to be in town later that week, he was very prompt and accommodating in setting up an in-person visit too! He had the answers to nearly every question I asked - and when he wasn't sure, he knew exactly where to point me to so that I could find the answer. I felt like I could make a well-informed decision without feeling pressured, and he explained each step of the process clearly. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to rent in JP! I have nothing but fabulous things to say about Coleman and JP Rentals & Sales. We had a difficult time finding an apartment rental because of the competitive market, but Coleman went above and beyond to assist us throughout the entire process. In addition to being prompt and professional in his communication, he also took the time to fully understand what my partner and I were looking for in terms of space, budget, location, and amenities. He even sent us updated listings that aligned with our wishlist and went out of his way to fit showings into our busy schedule. When our dream listing ultimately fell through, he was intentional about giving feedback and supporting us to find another excellent place. My partner and I were so happy with Coleman that we're hoping to work with him in a few years when we start searching for our own Boston condo!

My husband and I just found our new apartment through JP rentals. We worked with Rob who was wonderful! We were trying to rent for 2 months but the realtors are very uncaring in helping us. I found JP Rentals & Sales through Facebook and it is incredibly safe, respectful and efficient. No stress, no problems, no entanglements to rent. We are very happy to have rented, today we will move to a clean apartment in good living conditions. It was a pleasure to work with Rob! He responded very quickly anytime we had a question and was able to accommodate to our needs. Communication and connection with the owner was very efficient. Our collaboration was short because we selected the 1st apartment he showed us, but I would definitely recommend JP Rentals.

Rob is friendly and could answer our questions about the apartment when we first viewed it. It was certainly much easier than other brokers we worked with while searching for a place to live. The application process was smooth and he was always available to assist via phone or email. We love the apartment and i'm glad to say Rob works with very professional property owners.
