This was the best shopping experience I had in a long time! The associate working was attentive and helpful. They also knew when to give space as well. I was blown away by the customer service. The world would be a better place if more people like Christopher!

I don’t understand the couple of negative reviews on here. The customer service here is great. The people here are really nice and they always remember me. The selection is great and they always go well out of their way to help me. I have bought so many wonderful outfits and hats here for my little niece and nephew and they love them! Very stylish!

The worst customer service you will experience, consistently. Anyone can have a bad day, any business can experience one of those days where nothing goes right, but this place is constantly like a flaming inferno of awfulness.On two occasions over 3 months, their receipt printers didn’t work. Prepare to ALWAYS take at least 20 minutes to check out - even if you’re the only one in line.You may or may not get a greeting when you walk in, and if you do, you will likely be misdirected to the wrong part of the store for your needs.The clothes are cute but the experience just isn’t worth it, save your blood pressure and shop elsewhere.

Horrible service. Went in there to buy some nice clothes for my niece and the workers took one look at me and decided I wasn't worth their time. I wasn't even greeted until I said hello to them first, which wouldn't have bothered me if it weren't for the fact that the next three customers that came in after me got the nicest greetings and customer service whereas I just got dirty looks and was completely ignored. Needless to say, I walked out without buying anything. I've had issues with this shop before so it honestly shouldn't surprise me.

Horrendous customer service under the management of Shelby. She rings up returns incorrectly, missing items and keeping the merchandise you've paid for without refunding you. I realized when I got home, and she wouldn't do a phone return, saying I had to come back into the store. I HAVE A CHILD. I can't just POP IN WHENEVER. I asked to speak to her district manager and she wouldn't provide her name. She wouldn't put me on the phone with a co-worker, saying she was on break. Before this incident, there was a time she wouldn't let me purchase an item over the phone and hold it for me behind the counter for two days. DON'T SUPPORT LOCATIONS THAT TREAT CUSTOMERS POORLY. If you love the clothes, like I do, simply buy it all online and RETURN IT IN STORE TO HER. Just watch her like a hawk when she does it and check your receipt. In-person businesses can't take their customers for granted nowadays. They have to compete with online orders. If they aren't going to have good customer service, then shop elsewhere or use them as online purchase RETURN HUBS and see how long they last.

Be very wary of ordering clothes with Shelby at this location. She took my credit card number and charged my card. I waited two weeks for my order to come and got nothing. I've been speaking to her all morning. She is rude, condensing and doesn't tell the truth. She never actually placed the order. I asked her to speak to the district manager, Terry. She told me she was at another store, but refused to tell me where she is. Horrible customer service experience. I've been a customer for 8 years. I guess it's time to shop elsewhere! To top it off, my clothes are still not on the way.

It's an alright store, personally prefer knitting my own line of clothes for my babies but I digress. The staff there is a hit or a miss, the girls seem to know what they're doing but the guys running that place haven't the faintest. Although the majority of the staff leans to ladies and lasses so I'll give it a weak 8.5 / 10.

I love Janie and jack so much but this location i don't recommend! I spend so much money here and their front desk is very disappointed me. I bought something for my cousins daughter couple month ago and she told me she doesn't like couple things I bought for her, so I took them to return here.
