I have gone there for years. Each time, there are new and inexperienced workers. I went today and found the striped my scew in my oil pan. They would not tell me who the district manager was, and to top it off, the workers were rude. Tell me they could not give me a name and number to their district manager. They said go somewhere else. Because they could not help me, they were very aggressive towards me. They said get out of our bay, and they have no customer service skills. Now I have to pay more to fix the striped scew in my oil tank and pay for it because they would not fix what they did. Don't go to this place if you don't want the same to happen to your car. Never again.

Always provide great service at this location and everyone is always very friendly. My car had an issue with the hood not opening and 4 different guys came out to try and help pop the hood open. Once they did they were able to fix the issue while also doing the usual oil change so I did not have to go elsewhere to get it fixed.

The last time I went it seemed they were training people and I don't like that. Practice on junk cars not people's expensive vehicles. No one was sure what to do and was just waiting around for the teacher to tell them they were doing it wrong...

The oil change service was just the same as everywhere else I’ve been, however, the technician either forgot screws on the bottom guard or put them in so loose they vibrated out. If you go, make sure everything is put back properly before driving off.

They are con men. Tried to sell me stuff I didn't need and then claimed I had a problem and there's a garage next door that could help. I said no to everything and left. Went to my trusted mechanic, got a cheaper oil change, and had no issues he could see. Here's this place stay away.

This Jiffy Lube location is excellent - staff is kind and helpful, and all services are done in a timely fashion. I also really appreciate that the staff never makes me feel dumb for asking car questions, and they are truly all there to help. Can't recommend enough!

These people are crooks. It's a different, higher price every visit for the same car, the same oil, yet a different price. The first time I went there, it was $70 - not bad for an oil change. The second time I went, it was $170. These people are money-grabbing crooks. If you want a set price every time you get an oil change, go to the guy on Dot Ave. It's $89 every time. Don't waste your time or money on these people.

Great service. I was in and out fast and the employees were very pleasant to be around! Definitely going to start using this as my official oil change spot.
