Beautiful dip powder manicure by Lien. Super friendly and quiet salon and I love my nails! The shape is perfect. $50 for dip powder which is pretty standard for Boston.

Horrible. Went in for a pedicure and dip manicure… was given a dip application without the manicure. They were more concerned about getting butts in seats, as opposed to taking care of the clients right in front of them. Almost no one is turned away, which increases the pressure for them to rush and complete a job. One woman took three or more calls (as she was doing my nails) and told every last customer to come in. She also did this with walk-ins.
The dip manicure did not result in a full manicure of gently filing, caring for the cuticles, etc., but rather a fast application of dip (and I had to tell her add another coat before sealing it because it was not pigmented enough and practically see-through) and roughly filed cuticles with the drill and a trim after. All of this resulted in my dip manicure looking like I needed a refill at the end of my appointment. Who does the cuticles AFTER application? Unheard of. I was charged 90 dollars for the two services combined. My dip manicure looked chunky, improperly filed, and poorly done. In this economy, no one should be paying exorbitant prices for subpar services. Will never return again. Do not recommend.

I'm a semi regular (every few months) and they always do a great job. They take their time.
Today the nail tech recommended I pick a different color because the one I picked was too light with my accent color and she was 100% right. I picked a different shade and they turned out perfect.
I feel very confident with the cleanliness, their tools are autoclaved, they open a sterile pack in front of you, they use gloves, and liners for the foot baths.

Absolutely not. This was one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. I came in for a simple gel French manicure and a toe nail color change—not even a full pedicure—and was quoted three different prices before the tech finally landed on $70. For what?! That kind of upselling is shady and unprofessional.
And let’s talk about the smell. The salon had a funk that hit me at the door. It was musty, stale, and straight-up offensive. I don’t know what’s going on with the hygiene standards in there, but someone needs to introduce the entire staff to deodorant, disinfectant, and fresh air.
On top of that, the customer service was cold, rushed, and borderline rude. No greetings, no smiles, just attitude and confusion.
Save your time, your nose, and your money. You deserve better.

Okay so not the type of person to leave reviews unless really bad. but i didn’t even bother getting a service here because the customer service was actually awful. asked if they could do a polish change , they said “we don’t do that here and we’d charge for full service”. Welp. i walked out becuase what kind of place doesn’t do a polish change.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at JP Nails & Spa. The technician was unskilled in using the nail gel remover, applying excessive pressure that caused injury to my nails. I requested to stop the service immediately, yet they still charged me $15 without offering any apology or acknowledgment of the issue. The lack of professionalism and concern for customer well-being was appalling. I do not recommend this salon to anyone seeking quality and respectful service.

can tell nail tech took her time but all nails were different lengths, crooked, the color looks uneven and there were bubbles cured in the gel

Went about a year ago. Only to take off gel color. Ended up with nails broken up vertically if you can imagine that. Thinner than paper and I only do my nails once or twice a year only gel. I asked the lady to stop and walked away with an $18 bill for destroying my nails. Don’t even know why I paid it.

Whether you get a good service or not, depends on the service person.
It’s not a cheap place so everyone should be trained to do a professional job.
I tipped them good every time but the quality of the service, varies with each nail technician.
