A Dorchester local gem! I went in with my husband on 6/8/23 around 2pm when Angel was working. We purchased a bong based on her suggestion and totally appreciated it. This isn’t a smoke shop where someone is staring down at you from the corner; Angel is polite, friendly, and professional. The shop is clean and neat. We’re definitely coming back:)

The white guy that works there is very helpful and a good dude. Although, I tried inquiring about a product over the phone and the guy who answered was very UNHELPFUL. Very poor communication skills, didn't help me with what I was asking about,couldn't understand English very well,and even hung up and never answered back. So I'm not too sure if the store was being held up or not. I had to go elsewhere. I'm sure he doesnt care though.

Customer service was really good, and very informative. Asked questions to make sure I purchased the product I needed. Staff also provided education information on the different products and shared information on how certain products were used by customers who were battling auto-immune disorders/diseases.
