My husband is a pipe smoker and has wanted to check out this shop for quite awhile. This isn’t the typical place I would visit, but it was fun! Felt like we were stepping back in time. Husband and I both had a great experience!

I'm a relatively new pipe smoker and recently learned about this shop. Man! What a great experience. I asked a few questions and the guy behind the counter, Todd, just spilled his expertise. He was very generous with his time, I learned a lot, and walked out with some great tobacco to try. This store ships all over the country, but the in-person experience is worth the trip!

Cool shop just off the Common. I like visiting local tobacconists when I visit a city, and I was not disappointed! This shop has everything you could ever need and has a great history to it. Todd was a wealth of knowledge and helped guide me to a fantastic English blend.
They also sell a ton of product online, which I will definitely be doing in the future. For the connoisseurs, you can also get custom tobacco blends which I thought was very cool.

After two visits to this store I knew I had get leave a review to sing their praises. As someone just starting to get into the world of cigars, I am incredibly appreciative of this shop and the people who work there. My first visit I met Todd, an eager wealth of knowledge, he was welcoming, non-judgemental of my cignorance, and found me exactly what I was looking for. My second visit I met Steven. If Todd was a wealth of knowledge, Steven was the dragon's horde of gold under a mountain level of knowledge. Both times I left the store, I had a genuine smile on my face due to the people working there. I find there are too many shops in Boston that want you in and out in an amount of time that would make the Guiness World Record Book proud, but not LJ's. Todd and Steven, thank you and I look forward to my next visit.

First time ordered from them, was great talking with Steve. Very knowledgeable and understanding. Makes you feel like you are very important to him. After placing order they called me back within minutes to verify order and ship that day. Happily answered all my questions. Plan on visiting thier store next month!

Blend D-9507 is one of the few things in my life I enjoy. Being disabled limits my activities big time. Good tobacco is really the only enjoyment I get anymore. And this blend is perfect! Their other blends I tried are also really good high quality, I tried 3 of their English tobacco blends.
Was very happy with the container they all came in kept the tobacco fresh until empty and the tobacco was absolutely the best I’ve ever had.

We drove from Toronto to spend the weekend in Cambridge and was anxious to stop by this historic store. As I got talking to the staff, learning a bit more about the store, cigars, brands, their selection, I trusted them in putting together a few sampler packs to take back with me and while they were doing that, I had some extra time to explore the store and pick out some of my favorite Arturo Fuente cigars. Highly recommend and will definitely be back during my next visit!!!!
