The store is small compared to their other stores, but the staff is always friendly and the store is always neat. Other reviews complained about the selection and at times it can be limited but their inventory is geared towards their customers. Usually I’m able to get what I want at this location and oftentimes if I’m not it’s not available at any of the other nearby locations. It’s a well suited store for our neighborhood.

Obviously there’s a better selection in NH/Maine but we still enjoyed shopping over the weekend on what was likely the last warm day! Staff was very nice.

Small store=very limited selection and sizing. I get it. But it’s still frustrating to browse online for the item I’m interested in trying on, and it never being in stock. This isn’t a “real” LL Bean store, it’s a place for Boston finance bros to buy down vests to wear in the office

Conveniently located. I was able to find a really nice water bottle/thermos here.Not as big as the main location up in Maine but still a really nice store with friendly staff.

I am so happy there is an LLBean in Boston. Now when we come for a visit, I can go into a store instead of guessing online what i like or if it will fit. It is a nice store, clean, good selection, very friendly helpful staff.

Cal let us in 2 minutes before closing and didn’t pressure us into rushing or anything. Greta selection and customer service. Tom and Cal were great and we’ll be sure to keep coming to this store!
