after making and appointing and confirming I was on time 15mins away show up and Mina nail tech is sitting another person down. Disregard for one's time and never said anything just ignoring you and speaking Vietnamese very rude. Place is dirty and bathroom is disgusting. Too many other nail shops to waste your time here

They have definitely gotten lazy & the price isn’t worth it at all. I’m going away last minute, so I couldn’t book my nail tech. I wanted a basic short French nail full set with gel they wanted to charge me $90! In the personal nail tech industry they charge $50-$70 for that! And gel is automatic. Once I said no gel they brought it down to $76, just for it to still look like crap!
Also I originally wanted a different color powder base, they lied and said they didn’t have. Once I went to go wash my hands, you see all different color powder bases all set up.
The way she painted the French they’re all uneven!
Waste of time & money! Better off finding yourself a nail tech in your area!

I never been here before I'm from another state. But I got my nails done here and the next day looked like the polish was bubbling up smudge. And I been trying to take the polish off but can't seem to get it off. I know I got regular polish but I can't even remove it. To fix or change. Not a happy customer.

I had such a great experience with Tao (: We talked about so many things and the appointment was the best I’ve had! Not only was she very careful to detail but you can tell she does her work both effectively and efficiently. Can’t wait to come again, I love my nails and this place is the best!

The nail technician Tao is true artist. She listened to my preferences and provided expert advice, ensuring I got the perfect look I wanted. The range of colors and designs available is impressive, and the attention to detail is unmatched. My nails have never looked better!
