Waste of time. For over a week, two reps were wasting my time about getting into Land Rover Range Rover, just to get a call from a third person, who offered me 36 month lease with payments totaling $166,000 for a $137,000 LRIt's ok for a company to have ridiculous prices, but not to waste a person time for over a week,

The experience was great- from the minute we contacted the facility it felt right. Esther Alvarado made all arrangements for our visit. The vehicle we were there to see was prepared and ready for the test drive prior to our arrival. Juan Polanco was excellent, he took the time to show all options on the table and we were able to make a great decision and purchase or new Defender. Looking forward to out next purchase at this location!

My experience from my first call to make my service appointment until I picked up my car was exceptional! My service advisor Mike Wilson is superb! He kept me informed throughout my experience, provided his direct contact information, explained everything very clearly in advance, and was very respectful and considerate of my time. Kayla, one of Mike’s colleagues was very helpful solutioning a unique situation I had. Her resourcefulness, intuitive nature, and friendly disposition was something that stood out to me and made the experience that much more special. I had the good fortune of meeting Elmin who is the Service Manager who rolled up his sleeves to assist in a situation that arose, which demonstrated his understanding that “Everything Matters!” During my wait (in the very comfortable and well appointed guest area I might add), I was approached by Adil who is the General Manager who greeted me and welcomed me to the dealership. What I noticed most was the entire team worked like a team should. Together! I was thoroughly impressed how each team member helped the other out with absolutely no hesitation. All with the client in mind. When I received my car back, it was as clean as the day I bought it! So, from start to finish my client experience was top notch and surpassed any expectations I could have had. Strange to say, but I look forward to my next service appointment. Now that’s saying something!

From New York, I was in Boston by chance for a weekend and looked at their inventory. They got me a last minute appt to test drive and were very welcoming at the dealership. They were up front and honest about the car and fair with the price. I went back home and worked the logistics remotely. Denise (Customer care) Victor (Sales) and Johnny (Manager) all worked to make the deal easy and painless. Thank you!

I'd highly recommend staying away from this service facility if your vehicle needs regular maintenance or an unexpected repair. I visited this service facility after having my vehicle shipped from my home in the SE to CT for wheel balancing only be told that my vehicle needed over $4k in "critical suspension repairs" (despite the fact that it was just serviced and inspected by a dealer in GA and only driven 100 MILES prior to Land Rover Boston inspecting the vehicle).Additionally, I found a bungee cord perfectly wrapped around a portion of my suspension components minutes after leaving the dealer (it wasn't there previously, so I assume they were attempting to break something).Lastly, I've attempted to contact the service manager several times via phone (including voicemails) and as of now...weeks later...I've yet to receive a text, email or return call.This service facility is very dishonest and I'd highly recommend anyone to find another facility to visit.

I have a lot to say about my service experience at this location. First off this review should not be taken lightly as I work in the industry and have high expectations for customer service. I have also delt with numerous other luxury brands across New England including competing JLR dealerships. I am new to Boston and decided to get my 2021 Range Rover Velar serviced here for the first time. In the past I have been treated poorly by other dealerships and have not been able to take advantage of services like loaner accommodations because I didn't purchase the vehicle from them. I figured this location would have the same mentality. let me tell you I could not have been more incorrect. The entire process of servicing my car could not have been more high class. I worked with My Phan, and Mike and they are truly some of the best in the industry in my opinion. I had numerous issues separate from the service I was in for. Each problem was thoroughly diagnosed and repaired when I picked it up. Not to mention the car was spotless too. Mike and My's attention to detail, professionalism, and communication were just a few of the traits they should be recognized for. It is unusual to find a place like this that ACTUALLY cares and Is willing to go the extra mile for you. I am a first time customer to Herb Chambers Land Rover Boston and now one for life. Thank you to My, Mike and everyone involved that made my car perfect. I can not wait to go back and experience the service department again, and eventually experience the sales department. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!
