The manager is always so friendly, whereas a lot of other access point locations are rude, limit the size of items you can drop off, etc. It's SO nice to have this option right in Southie (I use RTR every month, so always am returning packages). Thanks for being so convenient and nice!”

“August: Pretty good job with the wash/dry/fold except they lost a sock. I know we had only pairs of socks in the bag, as double checked them all before taking the bag of laundry there, and the socks were brand new! One pair came back w/only one sock. I called about 30 min. after pick up, they couldn't find the sock. Shouldn't be too tough to keep track of everything, it wasn't that big of a load, less than 10 lbs, and they have a 10 lb minimum. How does one sock get lost in a single load of laundry...? September: Guess what? I found the sock, it was inside of a pair of jeans, so my apologies!! They did a great job, well, except for shaking out everything to make sure the sock wasn't there somewhere. All-in-all I give them 5 Stars!”

I recently brought in my cloth to get washed (drop off service) the people there are amazing their folding technique is so neat and organized I’ve never seen someone fold cloth in such an organized way! Not to mention the smell of the laundry detergent they used, it smells amazing!! Totally recommend!”

“I go here sometimes when my own dryer or washer doesn’t work. From experience I avoid coming in at night bc of weirdos that come in late. Morning is my preference and I avoid the weekend as it gets very busy. Prices of machines have gone up recently. Also the attendants are nice and if anyone has problems with them have anger issues.”

“This is literally one of the best laundromats I’ve ever been to. The team that works here is always so sweet and helpful. Laundry is affordable with the current prices being $3.50 for smaller machines, $5 for larger machines, and 25¢ per 5 minutes for the dryer. They are coin operated but always have quarters and they make it really easy to get them. I definitely recommend coming here if you live in the area.”
