My car was misdiagnosed multiple times and I wasted $1k + on “repairs” that weren’t needed. When I came back to report the same problem happening and described how my brakes were almost to the floor with my 1yr old son in the car, I was essentially told I was being dramatic and that my car was “safe to drive” 👍🏻 funny how the next place I took it to diagnosed the problem the very first time! I listened to family who recommended this place but lesson learned, never again

Do not recommend.
After spending over $2,500 on repairing/replacing the transmission, I’m still experiencing issues. I brought the car back multiple times under the 6-month warranty, but the problems were never properly resolved. I’ve driven it less than 2,000 miles since, and it has been a complete waste of money and time.

Al and crew were amazing. Brought my car there a day before the holiday and they went out of there way to ensure the problem was fixed and I would have it for the holiday. Service and workmanship was top notch. They are my new go to service center hands down!

Al and Jason at Lee Myles helped us keep our 18YO car running smoothly. They are kind and helpful and always were forthright in what the car needed and other things that could be skipped as well as being accommodating in terms of timing. We moved away which is the only reason we stopped going, but definitely considered coming back to Dorchester just to have them service the car.

Terrible service. Went for a transmission replacement and my engine got messed up right after. Had it looked at by someone else they said the transmission was done all wrong. Costed me A LOT of extra money. Would never recommend anyone to go here

Great spot, really! They did great work on my Toyota Prius and for a couple hundred less than the dealership. Dropped my car off in the morning and it was back the same day! I'll be going to them again for sure.

The guy Al is very understanding and will work with you to make sure your car problems are fix correctly. He is also looking for good mechanics to work. It's one of best place to take your car. My problem is fix and the price was great ? ?
